Do you really want complete freedom?
I thought I did. No rules. No schedule. Just the freedom to do whatever I wanted.
But the more I explored it, the more I realised something didn't feel right. Total freedom can leave us drifting, while too much structure can feel like a prison.
So maybe we're asking the wrong question.
Perhaps it isn't freedom versus structure at all.
Maybe it's about support versus control.
In this Five Minute Quickie I'm sharing a real part of my own North Star exploration as I try to discover what allows creativity, purpose and meaningful progress without feeling trapped.
This isn't the answer. It's the seed.
In the next longer episode we'll explore how a few gentle anchors can create more freedom, not less.
If you've ever felt torn between wanting complete freedom and needing enough structure to actually move forward, this episode will give you something worth reflecting on.
