In this episode, Dr. Jen and Dr. Domenic Fraboni discuss the complexity of pain and the impact social, emotional and mental factors have on creating and amplifying pain. We discuss why you shouldn’t just accept the diagnosis you’re given and place limits on your ability to heal, and how many people have diagnoses from MRI reports and are living completely asymptomatic, free of all pain. We also talk about how breathwork can help calm your nervous system and lower your pain, and how YOU have the power to impact the way you feel and heal your body.
