Having lived in Hong Kong and the Northeast and the Southeast regions of the United States, Mary’s culinary exposure has created a palate of exciting tastes and textures not often found in the Standard American Diet.

Today, Homemade Gluten Free Meals offers a new rotating menu, 92 new fresh recipes and 4 weekly shopping lists monthly. Each is gluten free, dairy free and corn free allowing each of the subscribers to benefit from my extensive knowledge and experience.
