Kat Cole has the ultimate self-made woman story that makes for great headlines like “From Hooters Girl To Running A Billion Dollar Brand.” Kat grew up with a single mom and two sisters, living on $10 a week for groceries. When she was 32, she became President of Cinnabon and when she was 36 was promoted to Group President of Cinnabon’s parent company FOCUS Brands (including Auntie Anne’s, Carvel, Moe’s).
