Meet Our Guest
Michael Lewis, MD, MPH, MBA, FACPM, FACN, is a leading expert in brain health, concussion treatment, and the use of omega-3s. A retired U.S. Army Colonel, he founded the Brain Health Education and Research Institute and now focuses on treating chronic concussions. His pioneering work has helped thousands worldwide and is featured in media, podcasts, and conferences.
Dr. Lewis serves on the Pop Warner Youth Football Medical Advisory Board and National Collegiate Rugby’s Board of Directors, where he leads the Medical and Safety Committee. He is the author of When Brains Collide and a graduate of West Point and Tulane University School of Medicine, with advanced training from Walter Reed, Johns Hopkins, and WRAIR.
