Prior to joining RIPCO, Michelle was an investment sales broker at Highcap Group focusing on Metro NYC and later founded Asset Commercial Realty Group (AssetCRG), where she led a team of investment sales and retail leasing brokers. Spearheading the retail leasing platform, she completed over half a million square feet of leasing throughout NYC and over $150,000,000 in investment sales.
Michelle’s recent transactions include the $10,500,000 sale of a 21,000 SF building to Jamaica Hospital in Queens, the representation of H Mart for 71,502 SF in Long Island City, a 17,000 SF lease in the Bronx & 16,800 SF lease in Forest Hills to Planet Fitness and 6,700 SF lease to Essen Health & 5,037 SF lease to Emblem Health in the Bronx. Other healthcare and non-profit transactions include Emblem Health, The Brooklyn Hospital, CAMBA and SCO. Focusing on education use as well, would include transactions with COA, TLE, Genius Therapy and Gersh Autistic Academy all throughout NYC & LI.
Michelle is a graduate of Queens College with a Political Science Degree and participated in the Master’s Program in Real Estate Development at NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate.
