Self-doubt and limiting beliefs are things every single one of us experience, even me! I recently got back from Jenni Maroney's retreat in Denver and during our dinner, I was asked if I would ever consider hosting retreats. My first thought was absolutely not, but after being home for awhile and thinking about it, I realized just how fucking lit up I was at her retreat, that maybe I'd like to do them myself.
However, once I declared that desire, those damn limiting beliefs got in the way. So, I'm going to get really vulnerable with you during this episode and walk you through the exact exercise I used to get rid of these beliefs, and it's what I've used to get everything I've ever wanted - my husband, beach houses, a million dollar business - this is the process.
