98. The Big Fat Lie the Coaching Industry is Telling You

There are a lot of lies you may hear in the coaching industry, but the one I'm sharing with you today is probably the biggest. So many people I know have fallen for this lie, and if you believe it, it can make things so much harder for you.

Okay, so what's the lie? It's this: "What got you here will not get you there." It's so easy to believe because we're always trying to grow and expand, but when we get stuck, we're told it's because we're doing the same things that got us to this point of success. We can't possibly do that again to reach the next level, so we have to try something different.

I'm dissecting this today and explaining why this is actually a lie and the reason why I feel like you should always follow what has worked for you.
