Heart Disease is the number 1 killer in the US and in many other countries. And, the super shocking stat about this is 80% of all cardiovascular disease can be prevented according to the American Heart Association.
That is shocking and that is why this assessment is so important!
Now, this quiz isn't perfect but it is about taking care of yourself because you and your heart deserve it!
