She has also served as Adjunct Finance Professor, Loyola Marymount University, 25 years in investment banking, private equity, and corporate operations. Anna was also COO of a full service advertising company with over 150 employees. Anna is passionate about educating business owners on how to maximize the value of their company for a successful exit. She has significant experience in representing companies in the sale of their business, capital raising and valuations.
