122 - Let's talk Payment Processing with PolyPay Founder and CEO, Jamie Barlett

Welcome Jamie Barlett to the MaYapinion® Podcast this week. She founded PolyPay in 2013 to provide businesses with a partner who offers them honesty, transparency, customer support and savings for merchant processing. She draws on her experience in consulting, finance, HR, technology and leadership development every day at PolyPay.  She is originally from Bloomfield Hills, Michigan and attended Wellesley College earning a degree in English and Economics. She also received an MBA from Pepperdine University.  Jamie loves interacting with customers and learning more about how they started their business and what is important to them.  She lives in Arroyo Grande, California and Columbus, Ohio with her sixteen-year-old rescued Yorkie Spike. A bit more on PolyPay, which is a woman owned payment processing provider serving businesses in over 15 states.  We provide them with the ability to take credit card payments no matter what type of business they have, whether they are a brick and mortar business, an ecommerce business or a mobile business. Leadership in Jamie's words: "A leader is someone who is willing to take risks, take care of their customer and provide an excellent and growth oriented environment for their employees.  They also must be willing to share their experiences with their employees, be open to delegating and give back to their industry, their employees and their community.
