To be even good mothers, we must first understand and connect with ourselves. If we are experiencing anxiety and emotional chaos within ourselves, we will not be able to achieve our goals. Likewise, if anxiety and emotional chaos are ensuing around us, we will not be able to achieve our goals, personally or professionally.
