This week's guest is Doug Moores. Doug worked as a creative/copywriter at the world's best advertising agency. His life was basically based upon "Mad Men". Externally he looked super successful and that his life was heading in the "right direction", but inside he knew that something was wrong. He was deeply unfulfilled, lonely and lacked purpose and direction in his life.

At that point in time Doug had somewhat of an awakening, he realised he had a bigger purpose in life. That we all do. And he was set on finding his. So he left advertising and became a yoga teacher. And rather than seeking external validation like before, he sought to understand himself, his fellow human beings and how to create a life of purpose and meaning.

Today we chat through his story, including finding purpose, coaches and mentors, and community.
