We pray to the Father by the mechanism of the Holy Spirit, who helps us stay focused, brings order, guides us in all truth, and gives us the burden of what to pray for. It is not natural for us to pray; the Spirit makes intercession for us because we don’t know what to pray for or how to pray. We should reflect on how we pray and what we pray about so we can have good communication with our Father. VF-2320 Colossians 4:2
