Prior to these organizations and related publications, Janine was a freelance writer for over a decade focusing on military, military spouse, and veteran content. Her work has been published in Family Circle, Good Housekeeping, ScaryMommy.com, Parents.com, The Huffington Post, and other military magazines and newspapers.
Janine loves to tell the stories of military spouses, veterans, and military kids, along with being a supporter of military spouse entrepreneurs.
She is the spouse of an active duty Army Infantry officer and mother of three kids. As of this podcast episode, Janine and her family are planning their tenth military move this summer from Fort Drum, NY to Boston, MA.
