In this episode of the Vet2BizLife Podcast, my guest is Rob Braiman, Army Veteran, and Principal and Managing Member at Cogent Analytics in Greensboro, NC.

Rob Braiman has a long-standing reputation as an entrepreneur. He has spent 15 years working directly with business owners to improve strategic planning, operations, growth, and business development.

The birth of Cogent Analytics was etched in his decade-long participation within the business community as a Senior Business Analyst representing the clients that Cogent now serves. Rob formed Cogent Analytics with the specific intent of bringing tools of better management, organization, and profitability to Main Street America's small to mid-sized businesses.

Cogent's primary objective in every interaction is to put the interests of the client first. In support of that directive, Rob has crafted a culture of integrity, honesty, and transparency. He teaches that service to others is at the very core of the entrepreneurial spirit and a foundational pillar at Cogent.

The base of his value system started in the U.S. Military as a young man serving with SOCOM. Rob has a personal code of honor, courage, wisdom, faith, perseverance, and loyalty. That is what he demands of himself every day, and that is what he asks his employees to embrace.

Rob has been personally engaged with over 1700 businesses across the United States, working to further the interests of other business owners like himself.
