For years, I thought the key to growing my business was doing more. More marketing. More strategy. More funnels. More planning. More effort. And while those things did help me build a successful business, they also left me carrying a lot of pressure, responsibility, and fear. What I've come to realize is that the biggest shift in my business wasn't a different, shinier strategy, offer, or marketing tactic. It was learning to move from control to trust.
In today's episode, I'm sharing the mindset and identity shift that has changed the way I make decisions, navigate uncertainty, lead my business, and ultimately create more peace, alignment, and yes, even growth.
