Department of Energy Criminal Conspiracy at Portsmouth Gaseous Diffusion Plant– Documented Evidence The original investigation into the Portsmouth Gaseous Diffusion Plant's (PORTS) admitted criminal conspiracy. We interview four nuclear whistleblowers, and investigators, who formerly worked at PORTS: • Jeff Walburn (R.I.P.) : Former Special Response Team (SRT)/anti-terrorism Guard at PORTS • Paul Brogdon : Former Special Reponse Team (SRT)/anti-terrorism Guard at PORTS • Charles "Chick" Lawson : Former OSHA-Certified Investigator at PORTS • Dr. David Manuta : Former Chief Scientist at PORTS This plant produced highly-enriched uranium during the Cold War for nuclear bombs. The legacy doesn't stop with the uranium.
