Rarely does an angry person realize that their anger is based on an irrational perception of the world. Think about that...at the root of our anger is a skewed perception of reality. And when anger distorts our reality, we can’t rationalize, comprehend, or make good decisions because our emotions take control of our actions. But there is hope. There is a way to escape the cage of anger and bitterness, and that’s exactly what we’re going to talk about today.
