What It Means To Go Within & How To Do It

This is a follow up to the message: The Way Out Is Within. In this message I talk about what going within is, what it looks like and how to do it. I talk about ways for you to learn who you are at an energetic level and how to shift your life experience by learning who you are at a soul level.

Hello, I'm Ashley. Welcome to Your Light In Darkness. I'm a spiritual life coach and guide here to assist you with your healing mind, your heart and your relationship with yourself as you go through your spiritual awakening journey.

I'm here to assist those that are spiritually aware, are searching for your life purpose and are ready to heal from trauma and wounds experienced in life.

It is more important than ever for you to heal your heart and your mind so that you can learn the power of who you and confidently walk in it.

This is a place of respite, healing and love. I am here to nurture and guide you as you heal your mind, heal your emotions, heal your traumas and elevate your self worth so that you can walk in the power you possess and live the life you deserve.
