I help women start their very own Autoimmune Revolution so you can stop chasing symptoms and learn how to heal your body from autoimmune disease. Are you a morning person? It's okay if you aren't! I know not everyone is a morning person, and I am a bit partial to morning routines because I am a morning person. But equally important - is an evening routine which we will cover that next week so stick with me through this and come back for that episode too. Even if you aren’t a morning person, establishing a morning routine WILL help to revolutionize your morning and the rest of your day. After all, is what you are doing now making your morning delightful? Let me share a story with you... Not long ago I posted in the Wellness Circle about morning routines - and I listed a cute graphic that had some morning routine information on it. It said each morning to cleanse and refresh, attract abundance, connect mindfully, ignite clarity and creativity, self-heal, be open to change, manifest, and nurture with self-love. The reaction I got was a resounding WHAT THE HECK? WHO HAS TIME FOR THAT? And my response was like huh? That takes 30 min or less - I do that first thing each day! So I am now making it my mission - you are welcome - to change your mind and get you started on an awesome morning routine. I had no idea so many people didn't have one! This will actually create MORE time in your day and help you heal from autoimmune disease or stay healthy and well if you aren’t on an autoimmune journey. Morning Routine Steps I could totally give you a list of steps to a morning routine, of which you would likely implement all of them and then fail.
