Ifetayo's wisdom and experience is legendary in the healing arts community in my area (and probably beyond!). I was so blessed to have her join me for this episode as we talk in depth about rites of passage - why they are important, what they can look like, how they can change a child's life and our personal experiences with rites of passage. Y'all curl up, grab a cup of tea, and enjoy this discussion with St. Helena Island's own Ifetayo White.

Ifetayo White is a 76- year old mother, grandmother, friend and small business owner who knows lives on St. Helena Island SC and also continues to devote herself to her own mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being as well as that of others. Her business, Neesa's Home, is the container for the services she offers through The Lowcountry School of Reiki and CHOICES Birthing and Wellness Support. Ifetayo is a Reiki Master Teacher and has been teaching Reiki since 1999. She has also been a birth, postpartum and end-of-life doula since 2007. It is through these practices that Ifetayo supports children and adults to be well and to live their lives as the sovereign Beings that they are created to be.
