He works at GastroHealth and is affiliated with the Memorial Healthcare System. He received his BA degree in Chemistry from the University of South Florida in 1993 with Honors. He received his Medical Doctor degree from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine in 1997 with Honors. He completed his Residency in Internal Medicine at The Johns Hopkins Hospital from 1997-2000 He completed his Gastroenterology Fellowship at Jackson Memorial Hospital from 200-2003
