Have you ever felt like you’re showing up, doing everything right—and still, no one really sees you? If you’ve been in a season where your effort feels unnoticed or your energy is low, this episode is here to remind you: you are not alone.

In this honest, heart-led solo, Jama shares what it’s felt like navigating the last month of medical challenges, fatigue, and the quiet that can come when you don’t have the energy to create or be “on.” She reframes what it means to show up during hard seasons and reminds us that visibility doesn’t always have to be loud to be powerful.

If you’re a high-achieving woman who feels like the world’s moving without you—or like your quiet presence doesn’t matter—this is the episode you didn’t know you needed.

Let's get started on living thewhole picture together.
Hey y'all, it's me, Jama, yourpodcast bestie, showing up short
, sweet, honest and with heartonce again.
This past month, as you know, orlast month now, because I think
we're in May, I don't know.
Anyways, it knocked me sideways.
I've been dealing with somemedical stuff, as I mentioned

(01:07):
last time, behind the scenes andwhile I keep trying to push
forward, truthfully, I feltinvisible because I felt alone,
dealing with everything.
I wasn't creating as much, Iwasn't posting as often and
honestly, I didn't have theenergy to try, and the silence
and response made that feelingeven worse.
But I realized something.
Sometimes we feel invisible notbecause we're not showing up,

(01:30):
but because we're just in aseason where being present looks
quieter, softer, internal.
So we've got to reframe that.
You're not invisible, you'rehealing, you're not behind,
you're rebuilding and resting, and your presence doesn't need
to be loud to be visible.
I love that tip because I don'tlike being loud.

(01:51):
I'm very much an observer bynature.
So here's my encouragement foryou this week.
If you're in a season whereyou're not getting the feedback,
recognition or momentum youhope for, I want you to hear

this (02:04):
your value is not tied to your visibility.
I know I preach about visibilityand staying consistent, but
that has nothing to do with yourvalue and your worth.
You don't have to be on all thetime to matter.
You really don't, and thepeople who need your light
they'll still feel it, even whenyou feel like it's dim for the
time being.

(02:25):
So if you're in that placeright now, feeling like no one
sees you, I want you to knowthis: I see you, I get it,
you're not alone, and whenyou're ready to come out of that
quiet space, even just a little, I'll be here to cheer you on.
Thanks again for being here, and I'm going to link way more
in the show notes going forward, because I have so many great

(02:46):
offers for you guys that I'veprepared and I don't really talk
about them all that much.
