Hello, hello. My name is Hannah and we are back with episode 4 of our Frankenstein read aloud. You all know the drill by now, before we all settle in to our comfies, start up our cars, and gather a crowd we LOVE to share a fun fact with you all. Did you know that Mary Shelley is considered to be the mother of science fiction? At age 18? Frankenstein is unique in that it’s sort of the first novel that falls under the genre we’d now call ‘science fiction.’ Without her, movies like Star Wars and shows like Stranger Things wouldn’t really exist in the same way!
