pay rise for early childhood educators will be back on
the agenda next week when the government looks to pass
draft legislation. It involves a fifteen percent raise over two
years for early childcare educators on an award rate that's
more than one hundred dollars per week this year before

more than an extra one hundred and fifty a week
from December twenty twenty five. An inquest into the horrific
Bondai stabbing attacks will be held this month. A coroner
will probe just how on Earth Joel Couching was able
to kill six people at Bondai Junction Westfield back in April.

Griffin will be littered with cane runners tomorrow morning for
the Camera Times Fun Run. Julie Teddy, Race, director of
the Fun Run, says the event continues to grow each year.

We're expecting around five thousand people, so that's a thousand
more than last year and two thousand more than the
year before that, so it's great to see the growth
in the event. The biggest events are both the half
marathon and the ten k, with about two thousand people
in each of them.
