Starting the morning off with God is the key to
strength and success in yourday.
Good morning! Today is Tuesday,August 12, 2025.
Please join me in praying themorning offering prayer and
prayers for our Holy Father.
In the name of the Father, andof the Son, and of the Holy

(00:22):
Spirit.
Amen.
Prayers for the Holy FatherAlmighty and everlasting God,

(00:53):
have mercy upon thy servant,Pope Leo XIV, our Supreme
Pontiff, and direct him, according to thy lovingkindness,
in the way of eternal salvation, that of thy gift he may ever
desire that which is pleasingunto thee, and may accomplish it
with all his might.
Through Christ our Lord.
Amen.
Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name.

(01:17):
Thy kingdom come, thy will bedone on earth as it is in
heaven.
Give us this day our daily breadand forgive us our trespasses as
we forgive those who trespassagainst us.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
Amen.
Hail Mary, full of grace, theLord is with thee.
Blessed art thou amongst womenand blessed is the fruit of thy

(01:40):
womb, Jesus.
Quote from Saint John of theCross.

(02:09):
He who seeks not the cross ofChrist, seeks not the glory of
Christ.
Meditation of the Day, anexcerpt from The Spiritual Life,
Credidimus Caritati.
Words and writings of ArchbishopMarcel Lefebvre, arranged and
presented by Rev.
Fr.
Patrick Troedec.

(02:30):
Pages 85-86.
Our Lord is the center of humanhistory, and it cannot be
otherwise.
This event is so incredible, sotremendous, so important in the
history of humanity, that it hasto be like the magnetic pole
attracting all souls, thosecreated before his coming and
those who would appear after hiscoming.

(02:52):
All of them must turn toward ourLord, toward God come among us,
to offer himself on the cross.
So the cross of our Lordliterally dominates the history
of the world.
The history of the world and thehistory of all creation revolve
around our Lord Jesus Christ.
Our Lord is truly the summit, the center, and the heart of all

(03:14):
creation.
So we can't talk about history, for example, and disregard the
presence of our Lord JesusChrist in the world, disregard
all the influence of the HolyChurch, His mystical spouse, His
mystical body, of which we aremembers by baptism.
you see how many consequencesthere are to faith in our Lord
Jesus Christ.

(03:36):
It is clear that this God-man isa great mystery, but we
absolutely have to meditate onit, have to know the reality and
the truth of it, because it isour faith, it is our entire
life, and it is the life of thewhole world.
Nothing happens in the worldexcept in view of our Lord Jesus
Christ, for him or against him, with him or without him.

(04:00):
And the key to solving allproblems is our Lord.
There is no problem here belowto which our Lord is
indifferent.
Men may certainly try to carryon without Him.
He is everywhere, in everything, since He created everything.
He therefore holds everything inHis hands.
Everything belongs to Him, andnothing is outside of Him.

(04:23):
Men try to escape Him.
They do not escape Him.
They cannot escape Him.
It is impossible, becauseeverything is His.
Concretely, we cannot understandanything of the history of
humanity without our Lord JesusChrist, because He is at the
center of history.
Absolutely everything was madethrough Him and for Him.

(04:47):
And the only happiness of men isto unite themselves to our Lord
Jesus Christ, that is to say, tolive His life.
to live the life of God throughour Lord Jesus Christ, since He
is God.
He gives us the means to do so.
That is the reason He came.
So then, how can we imagine thatman could be indifferent to the

(05:09):
presence of the Word of God inour midst?
It is not possible.
God willed to come down amongus.
Who then can say, I personallydon't care.
I live my life.
I don't need our Lord to be ableto make a living.
It's unthinkable.
Scripture verse of the day.

(05:51):
But now, thus says the Lord, Hewho created you, O Jacob, he who
formed you, O Israel, do notfear, for I have redeemed you, I
have called you by name, you aremine.
Isaiah chapter 43 verse 1 Saintof the Day The Saint of the Day

A reading from the book ofDeuteronomy, chapter 31, verses

(08:23):
1 through 8.
When Moses had finished speakingto all Israel, he said to them,
I am now 120 years old and am nolonger able to move about
freely.
Besides, the Lord has told methat I shall not cross this
Jordan.
It is the Lord your God who willcross before you.
He will destroy these nationsbefore you, that you may

(08:46):
supplant them.
It is Joshua who will crossbefore you, as the Lord
promised.
The Lord will deal with themjust as he dealt with Sihon and
Og, the kings of the Amorites, whom he destroyed, and with
their country.
When, therefore, the Lorddelivers them up to you, you
must deal with them exactly as Ihave ordered you.
Be brave and steadfast.

(09:08):
Have no fear or dread of them.
for it is the Lord your God whomarches with you.
He will never fail you orforsake you.
Then Moses summoned Joshua, andin the presence of all Israel
said to him, Be brave andsteadfast, for you must bring
this people into the land whichthe Lord swore to their fathers
he would give them.
You must put them in possessionof their heritage.

(09:32):
It is the Lord who marchesbefore you.
He will be with you and willnever fail you or forsake you.
So do not fear or be dismayed.
The Word of the LordResponsorial Psalm, Deuteronomy
chapter 32 The portion of theLord is his people.
For I will sing the Lord'srenown, O proclaim the greatness

(09:56):
of our God.
The rock, how faultless are hisdeeds, how right all his ways.
The portion of the Lord is hispeople.
Think back on the days of old.
Reflect on the years of age uponage.
Ask your father and he willinform you.
Ask your elders and they willtell you.
The portion of the Lord is hispeople.

(10:18):
When the Most High assigned thenations their heritage, when he
parceled out the descendants ofAdam, he set up the boundaries
of the peoples after the numberof the sons of Israel.
The portion of the Lord is hispeople.
While the Lord's own portion wasJacob, his hereditary share was

(10:39):
Israel.
The Lord alone was their leader,no strange god was with him.
The portion of the Lord is hispeople.
