Two sisters talk about ‘what’s your hard? Choose your hard! Chick and Kel unpack the complexities of what their hard or struggles are in life and also look at the opportunities to choose your hard (struggles!). Choose your hard means you have to decide what kind of life you want to pursue. No matter what you do, life is hard. Building a great life for yourself is hard, living an ordinary life is also hard. Being overweight is hard, and getting invested in your physical fitness is also hard. Choose your hard. It doesn't matter whether you're pursuing your potential or watching Netflix every minute of your day, your life is going to have unique challenges and struggles you'll have to overcome no matter what. Is there a "better" hard you can choose? We would say yes. Asking for help is hard. Going it alone is hard. Saying 'I'm sorry' is hard. Not saying 'I'm sorry' is hard. Making a change is hard. Staying the same is hard. Forgiving someone is hard. Living with resentment is hard. Choose your hard!
