Johnny Burke (00:01):
Welcome to Closer
to Venus.
I'm Johnny Burke, and today'sguest is Elizabeth Stauder, She
is a post-trauma growth coach,somatic alchemist, and
transformation duo.
Her work bridges the scientificand the mystical by integrating
somatic trauma reprocessing,neuroscience, shamanic ritual
work, and energy medicine.
In this episode, we'll discusshow to restore balance on Earth
(00:24):
now to wake up from the matrix.
Elizabeth, welcome to theprogram.
Elizabeth Stauder (00:28):
Thank you so
much.
I'm glad to be here.
Speaker 1 (00:30):
So to wake up from
the matrix is going to be a good
one.
So let's start with somaticalchemy.
I believe that is analternative or should we say
unique approach topsychotherapy, isn't it?
Speaker (00:42):
It's a little more
complicated.
It's actually a term that Icame up with myself.
Somatic just means of the body,so it means it's more inclusive
than just mental and cognitiveprocesses.
So it's much more right brainand left brain sync versus just
left brain top-down mentalpatterning.
And then alchemy, I like thatword a lot because this is like
(01:03):
an ancient science that has beenso important for so long and
that people understood inmystery schools and for many,
many years, it's really thattransmutation process of lead to
gold, but it doesn't alwaysnecessarily mean of a metal,
right?
It could be anything.
And so the reason I like thatterm is because it really means
instead of bypassing ourhealing, we're actually going
(01:27):
in, there's no fear to approachany symptom, whether it's
showing up on the spiritualdimension, the physical
dimension, the emotionaldimension, the cognitive
dimension.
And we're learning how totransmute that and transform it
into a higher, more evolved, more purified substance.
Somatic just means doing thisdirectly through the body and
body symptomology, which was myexperience in healing myself.
Speaker 1 (01:49):
Does this have
something to do with dreaming or
otherwise working with dreamsas well?
Speaker (01:54):
Yeah, it very much can.
So even though somatic alchemyis something I do when I'm awake
and I do it in my session work,it's tapping into a similar
state, like brain state and themind.
So I like to think of it aslike a dreamtime consciousness,
which you can also enter with aconscious choice and an agency
versus necessarily doing itwhile you're asleep.
(02:14):
But it is very related todreamtime work.
Now that I'm thinking back onall of my experiences with dream
work growing up, long before Ieven became a somatic
practitioner, one of the firstthings that shifted was when I
realized I could wake from adream, still be in that
consciousness and not wake upall the way, and stay sort of in
(02:35):
that state in between, and thenapply my conscious will to use
my agency and my sovereignty toplay with the blueprint that the
dream was showing me.
So like operating in that placewhere you're touching into the
subconscious just enough to likeget under the hood into that
blueprint of the psyche, but youcan actually exert some
(02:57):
conscious will and choice inthat place, a little bit of
playing in the in between.
Speaker 1 (03:02):
It actually sounds a
lot like lucid dreaming, or are
those states pretty much thesame thing?
Speaker (03:08):
Yeah, very similar.
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (03:10):
So speaking of
dreams, what if you're in a
dream that really is just sochaotic, it defies logic?
Are you still able to get underthe hood, as you just
mentioned, and try to understandwhat the mechanics or what the
symbols mean?
Speaker (03:27):
Absolutely, and this is
part of why I have found the
somatic approach to be soimportant, because it doesn't
require that something makeslogical sense first in order to
get in there and do the work.
It's really more of like abottom-up approach.
So even when I'm working withsomeone, for example, or with
myself in a deep meditation orhypnosis state, I'm more trained
(03:49):
and tracking what's theorganizing direction that's
going to lead this to coherence.
And the cool thing is we don'tactually have to do that or make
that happen.
It's there's always some kindof clue or indicator in the
dream or in the state that'semerging or in the body
sensation, whatever area thatwe're working in.
A huge part of my learning wasto get over this idea of it's a
(04:13):
negative spirit versus apositive spirit, or a negative
dream or nightmare versus apositive dream or nightmare, or
a chaotic dream versus onethat's makes sense or is
logical.
Speaker 1 (04:24):
Dreams in general are
very important.
Like you said, you'rementioning something about the
dream time state.
When we have dreams wherethere's no logic and everything
seems just jumbled about, andthen you wake up and think, what
was that all about?
Is there a way to actually makesome sense of it?
Or is that something you shouldjust disregard completely as
(04:44):
opposed to those dreams wherelet's say one of your friends or
family who passed away, you'reactually able to talk to them
and everything made perfectsense?
Speaker (04:54):
Yeah, I love this
question because it gets into
this larger nature of reality asI've learned it.
It's much more like arhythmicity between two states
of duality, right?
And this is what I love abouthow I've learned through
neuroscience that our bodies andour minds operate this way, but
so does all reality, right?
Like the zeros and the ones.
And so sometimes a dream mightbe in that sort of upward motion
(05:17):
of the rhythm where the pointis to get clarity and focus and
like break through a chaoticsituation and bring some more
clarity.
Sometimes the purpose of thedream is more on what would be
the downshift of that rhythm, which is to digest and
metabolize something that it'sjust been through.
Think about it like when youeat a meal, that's different
(05:38):
than when you're digesting ameal and it's all messy inside
of your stomach.
Psychic information is similar,right?
And there are times where, inorder to make the next sort of
leap in consciousness or growth,or clarity, we first have to
break apart all of thecomponents that we have been.
This is part of identityevolution too, and karmic
(06:00):
healing.
Anytime you break through apattern, first you have to
dissolve the pattern that you'recurrently living in.
So it actually needs to getchaotic and messy instead of
make sense.
The space that opens up whenthat breaks down is what allows
a greater pattern to emerge, soa more evolved pattern to emerge
(06:21):
and evolve reality to the nextlevel.
Does that make sense?
Speaker 1 (06:25):
Yeah, it does.
It does.
I'm sure that's a very commonquestion.
Why do some dreams make senseand some have no logic at all?
And while we're on the subjectof dreams, shamanic initiation
dreams, which you've had, howdoes that tie into your
practice?
Speaker (06:41):
Oh, immensely, yeah.
And I think in the most simpleway that it ties into my
practice is that it's given me asense of my purpose in the
larger universal and cosmicsense.
One, it keeps me going andgoing further and further in the
work that I'm here to do in theworld, but secondly, it also
helps me to hold space in a waythat's like psychically safe and
(07:04):
protected because so much of mylearning has been about how to
not do this work from a place ofit's just little human
Elizabeth doing it, but it'slittle human Elizabeth learning
how to be a conduit forsomething greater, and that is
self-protective because it meansthat something that's more
(07:25):
evolved than myself can guidethe work that we're doing.
It's also helped me through myown healing journey, which I've
mentioned was quite intense, andhaving that mindset of knowing,
oh, this is an initiationbecause I'm here to learn how to
go through something reallyhard and then reverse that and
undo that and heal myself, itreally fortified me instead of
(07:47):
taking me to a place where Imight give up and check out of
the planet.
Speaker 1 (07:51):
Oh, we definitely
don't want that.
Okay, so another question I hadabout shamanism is that you
mentioned something called theshaman's sickness.
These initiation dreams thatwas part and parcel of your
healing, or was it actuallyseparate?
Speaker (08:07):
Yeah, definitely.
One of the first ones Iremember was at age 16, and that
was well before I had anyhealth issues that I was aware
of.
But it was one of those dreamsthat was so lucid that I still
remember and it's been over 20years, it's been a while.
But it was a theme that cameback again and again, and
actually it was the archetype ofthe great snake, which is one
(08:29):
of the shamanic messengers,right?
In the sort of traditionalindigenous shamanic world, there
are three layers.
I guess it depends on whattradition you're looking at, but
there's usually some guardianthat protects each of the three
worlds, and the lower world isoften guarded by the great snake
energy, which also correlateswith the kundalini energy that
(08:50):
wakes up in the spine when we'regoing through an awakening
process that's embodied, whichhas definitely been my
experience, and I think that'swhy somatic alchemy has been so
important is learning how to dothat in a way that doesn't freak
out the body and the nervoussystem too much.
But in short, this dream was avegetation by the great snake.
(09:11):
This might help explain alittle bit your question about
the chaos and the logic or theclarity, too, because in that
moment that I had the dream, itseemed completely chaotic.
Essentially, I was bitten by asnake, it entered my body and
spread poison throughout mywhole body, and I basically
passed out in the dream.
It was basically what issometimes termed in shamanic
(09:31):
language a dismemberment dreamwhere you're completely taken
apart and you would think, oh,that's a negative dream.
Like I was killed, right?
Speaker 1 (09:40):
But it isn't.
Speaker (09:41):
Exactly.
To me, it was the beginning oflearning that it's actually safe
to die, to go through a deathprocess, because life and
reality, when it's evolving, isregenerative.
And so if you can trust goinginto a death experience, the
gift you'll get on the otherside is that you'll learn how to
be remade again even better.
(10:03):
So that's the alchemy piece, like the lead to gold.
You need to be able to gothrough that death portal,
surrender through it, and bereorganized on the other side by
something greater.
Speaker 1 (10:14):
What you just
mentioned brings to mind the
reincarnation cycle.
You have to go through it, andyou have to go to the in-between
space where you go through yourlessons, you assign yourself a
task or several, and then gothrough the cycle all over again
in order to learn.
Three worlds you mentioned, onewas a lower world.
(10:34):
Is there some kind ofrelationship to the spiritual
realm where there's differentlevels, like a lower level and
so forth?
Speaker (10:42):
Yeah, and I think lots
of different systems have
different components, but likethings that are similar
overlaps, and I think that'swhat's so fascinating about the
nature of reality, is thatthroughout history different
systems have mapped it, and youcan follow the fact that they're
tuning into the same energeticreality, even if they name it
differently.
So, like, for example, evenalso like the Kabbalah or like
(11:04):
the tree of life is alsosomething that does this, the
chakra system does this.
But the three worlds are asimplified version, yes, of the
lower world, which basicallyrepresents the subconscious.
In some ways, you could say, ifyou want to think about it in
more scientific terms, themiddle world, which is our
waking world, our waking stateof consciousness, so that would
(11:25):
be like the brain state we'rehaving a conversation in, like
deciding what to order fordinner or whatever.
Speaker 1 (11:30):
Important things,
obviously.
Speaker (11:32):
Very important.
Without that, we can't functionas human beings, so it's very
important.
And then the upper world wouldbe like what some people might
call heaven or the afterlife, but it is that sort of higher
consciousness state of union andunderstanding where you have
that bird's eye perspective oneverything else.
Speaker 1 (11:50):
So, what is the
shaman sickness and why is it
relevant today?
Speaker (11:56):
Yeah, it is that
initiatory sickness.
So it is that idea, and itdoesn't necessarily have to be a
sickness, although it often hasbeen, especially if a shaman is
here to actually learn aboutmedicine and healing, it could
be another kind of a crisis.
Like there's the classic one oflike being struck by lightning,
for example.
But the idea is that usually ata young age, and you know, this
(12:19):
is changing because as we gothrough different eras on Earth,
like there's different waysthat this shows up.
But traditionally it was likemaybe a young person would get
struck by lightning or getstruck with an illness that took
them to the brink of death, andthe reason was because they
were destined to be someone whowould learn how to overcome such
an intense circumstance.
(12:39):
And I think the reason this isso important and key for our
time, whether or not someoneidentifies as a shaman or
someone who's here to helppeople learn how to heal, is
because it really breaks thatparadigm on its head that just
bad things just happen to peoplein a way that is not part of a
larger program.
(13:00):
And there's older systems ofmedicine who believe this in
more subtle ways too, like forexample, anthroposophy or old
like eastern medicine systemswhere they'll say, like, even
sickness has a purpose.
It's not just a punishment or acurse, it's something that's
coming in to attack, and youcould say the same thing about
negative energies or entities.
(13:21):
It's coming in to attack sothat you can see the places
where there is a weakness, sothat you can strengthen those
places.
So if you look at it in thatway, shaman sickness is like an
initiation that's saying, I'mgoing to cripple you so that you
can learn that you have thepower to undo that and you're
not actually a victim in thisuniverse.
Speaker 1 (13:42):
Almost like a
purification ritual and a very
interesting take on negativeentities, which I've heard a
variety of things, but it'shappening for a reason.
I know that sounds like acliche, but it's happening so we
can be aware of a weak point, aweak spot.
Speaker (14:02):
I would say that same
thing with negative energies and
like mental or emotionalconcepts too, right?
So if you keep attracting likea negative kind of relationship
into your life or having anexperience like that, it's
ultimately empowering becauseyou can ask the question what
part of my energy body is amatch for that, or is like
attracting or magnetizing that, showing you your weak point, you
(14:25):
could say, so that you can thendo the alchemical work of
transforming that so it nolonger then you have the
opposite effect and that nowjust bounces off you in the
opposite direction.
Speaker 1 (14:35):
Let's talk about your
role as a transformation duo.
Now I believe that is a form ofmediumship, isn't it?
Speaker (14:42):
Yeah, I don't tend to
use that word, but I do believe
it is.
And I think the only reason Idon't use the word is because a
huge part of my learning aboutchanneling energy has been a
little bit of what I describedthat I had to change my
relationship.
I think I was going through mynext lesson as a healer in my
relationship with spiritualguides and guidance, and that
(15:04):
it's meant to be, I would notjust tell someone like this is
what your guys are telling meabout you.
Because my interest, at leastfor me personally as a soul, is
learning how to help someoneelse access that for themselves,
access their own channel.
So that's why I like to use theword doula, because a doula is
(15:25):
someone who traditionally wouldhelp a mom going through
childbirth, and what they'redoing is they're supporting
them, making sure that they'refeeling emotionally and
physically taken care of,they're well fed and nourished
and have all the things theyneed.
So I would rather be the personthat's helping somebody learn
how to do that for their ownchannel instead of doing it for
(15:47):
them.
Like the doula can't birth thebaby for the mom, but she can
give the mom everything the momneeds to go through that
powerful portal of giving birth,right?
Speaker 1 (15:57):
So you're more of a
facilitator rather than someone
that positions herself as amedium who does readings, but
it's still another tool in yourtool belt.
Speaker (16:07):
I would say it has an
even stronger effect ultimately,
because the way that it looksis that myself and the other
person we open a channeltogether.
I'm supporting that with myunderstanding of how to do that.
And so then we're bothlistening.
Sometimes I do find myselfbeing the one doing more of the
(16:28):
direct channeling becausesomeone needs that, but my goal
is to help them get into asituation where they don't feel
dependent on me to do that, andthey start to find their own
voice, and so we're listeningtogether and sort of reflecting
to them until they find thatsovereignty for themselves
because that's a core part of mymission is to help people find
(16:49):
their sovereignty and theirintuition.
It's such a part, I think, ofthe waking up that we're doing
as a collective right now.
Speaker 1 (16:55):
We hear a lot of
people talking about intuition
ascension and moving into theinquiry and age.
Do you think that we're goingto see a shift of teaching
people how to do this forthemselves rather than going to
the medium whenever you have aquestion, which I think was a
trend in years past.
Does that make sense?
Speaker (17:16):
Yes, I do absolutely,
and I think that's part of our
spiritual maturation process.
If you think about it, when achild is younger, they do need
their parent to tie their shoesor make their meals, but as they
get older, it becomes moresupportive to teach them to do
those things for themselves andsupport them through learning.
And so it's very similar, Ithink, on Earth that we're
(17:36):
learning that with our spiritualabilities to become more less
in our infancy and more in ourgrowing up years.
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (17:45):
You're obviously no
stranger to the mystical or what
some people call the unseenrealms.
What was your introduction, like your first experience?
Speaker (17:54):
Yeah.
I mean, honestly, I can't evenremember the first experience
because it's been such a corepart of my life for as long as I
can remember.
Just like having moments ofunity with like that unified
field of consciousness and theuniverse.
And as soon as I could remembermy dreams, I was remembering my
dreams.
And I was always veryhypersensitive, very aware.
(18:16):
And the hard thing was notknowing how I belonged.
And I definitely did suppress alot of it.
Speaker 1 (18:23):
Most people do that.
They suppress it until they getolder and they think, oh,
that's not really such aterrible thing.
Especially since more and morepeople are coming out of the
spiritual closet.
I wouldn't say it's completelynormalized, but it's heading in
that direction where there'sless shame about it, I think.
Speaker (18:40):
Yes.
The more of us do it, the thethe easier it gets.
Speaker 1 (18:44):
So you mentioned
spirit guides a few moments ago.
Do you remember any earlyexperiences where you finally
figure out what they were?
Speaker (18:53):
When I was really
young, I didn't question it.
And then I went through aperiod in childhood where I was
like, this is probably just myimagination.
And then later, as I got older, probably in my twenties, which
is when I actually startedfinding and reconnecting with
other people on the path whovalidated my experience.
That's when I started noticingthat things would not just be in
(19:16):
my imaginative channel, butthey would also be reflected in
the world outside.
And I recognized that thoseworlds were not separate, but
that there was communicationthat was seemingly coming from
just the imagination was alsobeing reflected in the world out
here, which is something thatwas very obvious to me when I
was healing from illness, because I would have experiences
(19:38):
where, for example, I would bein a meditation and get a piece
of information and be like, okay, I don't know, but okay.
And then have confirmation likewithin a day or a few days,
like for example, someone that Ihad show up in my meditation
that I hadn't thought of for along time, and getting an email
from them like the next day.
And so tapping into sort oflike more just psychic space,
(20:03):
but then having something in theoutside world follow up and
through to show me that what Iwas tabbing into was not
delusional.
Speaker 1 (20:11):
That would be an
evidential piece of information.
That reminds me of, by the way,you do ancestral lineage work.
Can you give us an example ofhow that works?
Speaker (20:22):
Oh my gosh, this is a
good follow-up to the last
question, too, because myexperience has been you don't
always logically understand whyyou're getting the guidance
you're getting, but if youfollow it, wow, okay, now I see
why.
And maybe that's part of thelearning journey.
I think our guides don't giveus more than the one step we
need in order to go forward.
And so, for example, in mycase, I was given guidance when
(20:45):
I was so sick that I was stillnot entirely bedbound, but it
was just a really, really bigdeal for me to do something like
travel.
I was given guidance to gotravel to Los Angeles and stay
with my aunt, and I didn'treally know her very well, but
everything was lining up supereasy, and it was gonna be very
stressful for my body, but I waslike, okay, I'm doing this.
(21:05):
When I got there, I stayed inher guest room, and there was an
image on the wall in the guestroom.
It was a photograph of mygrandmother, so her mom and her
younger sister, and her otheryounger sister from when they
were very little, the black andwhite picture.
The youngest one was heryoungest sister who actually
died in the ice at age four.
And I have her name.
(21:26):
So when I was born, my momdidn't plan this, but I was
literally in the birth canal, and she got this piece of
information.
Oh, I'm supposed to name herthe same name as my mother's
youngest sister.
And so it was named after her.
And I'm in the room with thatphotograph, and my symptoms got
pretty bad like that first daythat I was visiting.
(21:49):
And I just was like, I'm gonnago with this.
I'm gonna like go into asomatic alchemy meditation and
just ask for the spirit of mygrandmother's.
little sister to show up.
And sure enough, basically whatI experienced was my body
processing whatever it was thather body went through when she
(22:13):
was four years old.
And so I felt almost as ifthese like cold shards of ice
were like that were trapped inmy viscera were like moving out,
rippling out through my body.
It was warm, like air, thetemperature was warm and I was
like trying to warm up in my myaunt's hot tub.
But I was so aware that thiswas an energetic thing going on
(22:35):
because my skin was not cold.
The air was warm but there wasthis cold ice that was just
moving out through my body.
And after that experiencecertain symptoms that I'd been
carrying in my body werecompletely gone.
And so that's just one exampleof how we can have some of the
things we're carrying not justbe a personal but a lineage or
(22:56):
family process that was neverdealt with or digested or
metabolized.
And it can really open up ourcapacity of what we're healing
to include ancestor work, toinclude family work.
And what's so powerful about itis that also gave me a better
like a new relationship with myaunt that I never had.
My relationship with my momimproved after that too and
(23:19):
certain things that she'd beenholding back she was able to
feel more cleanly and it's likeI don't know how that was
connected but something wasconnected there.
And then I and I've noticedthat some of the most profound
healing sessions I've had withclients they've also had
ancestors unexpectedly sometimesones that they knew like oh
that was my great grandfatherbut sometimes it was either a
(23:42):
past life or maybe an ancestorthat was so old that they
couldn't have named them and itwas like oh there's like a New
Zealander in the room I don'tknow why but they're here.
Speaker 1 (23:52):
So the ancestors come
into the session literally yeah
yeah okay that's a veryinteresting example with your
great aunt right yourgrandmother's youngest sister.
It sounds like a combination ofmediumship and a past life
because it seems like youexperienced what she experienced
(24:12):
which is something a past lifeexploration can do.
Speaker (24:16):
Absolutely and I think
that when we enter these realms
we can get into a place that's alittle bit outside of time.
It's like going into deep timeand space.
So I know we've mentioned thematrix a couple times but I
think it's relevant here becauseentering these states also kind
of gets you out of that likelinear time a bit into this more
(24:37):
what science might callneuroplastic or quantum physics
might call the quantum but we'rereally just talking about that
field of consciousness that isnonlinear and at that point it
doesn't even matter if it's afamily member, if it's a past
life if it's someone that wasnever in your family but your
psyche is connected to them.
And I believe this because ofhow incredible my own healing
(25:00):
experience was and like thechange in the cells and the DNA
and the recoding.
There's access to the wholearchive of existence inside our
blueprint like in our DNA humanblueprint.
It's like at some point itdoesn't matter where it fits if
it's like direct family or pastlife or whatnot you're entering
(25:22):
a place in which the world isinterdependent and all things
are connected anyway.
Like with the shaman sicknessif this is the thing that's
showing up it's an initiationit's the thing you're meant to
heal is the thing you're meantto learn and understand.
So I at this point don't evenquestion it.
This is what's showing up and Iknow I have access to
everything so what do I need tolearn here?
Speaker 1 (25:43):
Working on the things
that seem like an intrusion or
a sickness or some kind ofdebilitating condition that's
going to help us basically exitthe matrix or is it more
complicated than that?
Speaker (25:55):
That's such a great
question because I think even
the way that's framed isstarting to get to the other
side of the issue which is thematrix isn't something really we
need to escape.
As I see it it's an oldpattern.
It is one of those patternsthat is looking to be
transformed and transmuted.
The way of transmutation Ithink is much more steady and
(26:18):
sustainable than the way of whatyou might call bypassing which
is like just get somewhere elseright it's actually more like
remember we already aresomewhere else.
We are somewhere bigger and thematrix what it has done it has
made our world small.
It's made us forget that.
And so the best way to sort ofescape the matrix is actually to
(26:43):
be so in touch with thatgreater reality that the matrix
kind of just has no poweranymore.
It literally falls away it islike a snake shedding its skin.
It's not something we need tofight against it's just
something that doesn't holdwater anymore when you're tapped
into that greater consciousnessthat's so much more vast and
whole than the matrix is I'llshare with you what seems to be
(27:07):
the consensus about the matrix.
Speaker 1 (27:09):
This comes from
intuitives that had experience
with ETs and other non-humanentities, creatures and so
forth.
It seems to be this if we raiseour vibration to a certain
point some of the ETs that aretrying to keep us trapped in the
matrix can no longer exist inthat world and they have to
(27:29):
leave.
Speaker (27:30):
It's exactly the same
with healing like parasites for
example in the body.
And what I love about theregenerative approach and the
holistic approach is so long asthere is a weakness in the body,
there is actually a need for itjust is showing where there is
something that needs to behealed.
And so to get back to yourquestion about why I think this
(27:51):
healing is the answer to notescaping but maybe shedding or
getting beyond the matrix thesame thing would happen when
you're healing a parasite in thebody there are moments where
it's appropriate to target themand clean them out.
But first what you actuallywant to do is make the tissues
of the body so healthy thatthere isn't anything for them to
(28:12):
feed on and then basically theyunattach themselves and they
just clear out.
And so I see it like that butI'm just adding another layer
onto the picture which is yesflush out the parasites but also
there's a way to do it that'seasy and this is for my
understanding of working withthe nervous system.
It's healthy to come into aresponse of wanting to fight
(28:35):
against something when you'vebeen a victim.
But at some point if you keepstaying in fighting energy you
are going to burn out.
And so if you can then use thatfighting energy to actually
access that greater frequency toshoot yourself into a greater
frequency state that morenourished soul nourish this is
(28:56):
where bring the soul back inbecause we are malnourished from
a spiritual perspective.
Speaker 1 (29:01):
And have been for the
past 2000 years, am I right?
Speaker (29:04):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (29:04):
Does that have
anything to do with soul loss?
Speaker (29:07):
From sort of a trauma
perspective we are designed to
be held in an interdependentfield of harmonics and coherence
and belonging and if we've gonefor several generations without
remembering what that feelslike we start to starve.
I call that soul loss.
It's literally like pieces ofyour soul are caught in the past
(29:30):
or caught in other dimensionsor caught in other relationships
and you're trying to functionand go through life with like
maybe only a little bit of thaton board and you're functioning
well enough but it's a strugglein some ways and you come up
against a lot of dead ends andstuff.
And so instead of focusing somuch on the parasites or the
(29:50):
negativities or the matrixinfluence which I think wants us
to focus on that.
I think that's part of how itoperates right is to like keep
us distracted like over here andover there and get mad about
this and get upset about that.
There's a reactivity that keepsus in the game of the matrix.
Speaker 1 (30:07):
These ETs feed on the
negative energy.
Like you say they're basicallyparasites so when we talk about
soul loss I think that goes backto the the principle of
remembering who we are and whowe were thousands of years ago
and then to connect that towaking up for the matrix is
(30:28):
essentially remembering what wewere designed to be at the very
beginning.
Speaker (30:33):
Yeah and my experience
is that calling back the parts
of our soul the parts of oursoul that have gotten lost it
accelerates that process.
So yes it brings that memoryback every time that I have
called back a part of my soulsomething else comes online like
more clarity or more memory ormore knowledge of how to operate
(30:58):
in a way that I didn't beforegifts become enhanced.
And so at least that's what I'mseeing is the more that we can
bring the soul back the more wewill no longer be a feeding
ground for what you might callparasitic energies in whatever
form that is.
And also I would even say thatthe parasites themselves are
(31:21):
confused and at some point we dothem a favor by not becoming
any more of a feeding ground forthat energy.
Speaker 1 (31:30):
Your clinical
training it's a neuroscience
based trauma reprocessing whichyou call organic intelligence.
How does that tie into thiswhole question or the challenge
of waking up from the matrix?
Speaker (31:45):
Yeah organic
intelligence is the name of the
official organization to thetraining that I did it's a
clinical training that includesthe somatic aspect which I've
shared along with the imagerywork the hypnosis mindfulness
and cognitive and emotionalprocessing and so essentially
what it does is provides atoolkit for breaking patterns
(32:08):
breaking karmic patternsancestral patterns health
patterns whatever the pattern isthat you're looking to
transmute I use the tools ofthis modality to then channel
when I'm with somebody helpingthen to sort of get into and
undo the layers of the karmicknot that are wound up.
So it's starting to like loosenthe knots of that getting into
(32:29):
the neuroplastic state and thenwe can use through all those
different channels bringing newinformation in kind of like
doing the dream work but doingit in live and in real time.
Speaker 1 (32:39):
I do believe the
example you gave us before of
your great aunt yourgrandmother's younger sister
that was an example of organicintelligence in play am I right?
Speaker (32:53):
Yeah I mean combined
with a lot of things and I would
say one of the things I'mreally grateful for that
training and clinical modalityabout is that it taught me about
thresholds which means it's notjust the content of your
healing that's important.
It's the dose and the pace atwhich you unwind or you wake up
or you bring a process to lightright and so a lot of things in
(33:16):
the world of healing will belike cathartic but they almost
open up a process too much tooquick and someone can freak out
and go back into their state ofconsciousness or their previous
frequency.
So it can fail to actuallyuplevel their life to a new
frequency.
And what I appreciate aboutthis training it helps you track
(33:37):
how much can the nervous systemhandle at a time of waking up
and activating a process thenhow does it digest it so that
you can actually live you knowwe talked about that middle
world which is so important.
It's like having humanexperiences and knowing your
name and calling the doctor andall that stuff.
(33:58):
Can you then bring that newlevel of awakeness and frequency
and all the new things thathave turned on into this middle
world and have your life notfall apart but actually become
more stable and more authenticand more clear and more
empowered and then go back inthere and open up a little bit
(34:20):
more.
So what I'm grateful to thattraining for is also really
showing me how to do thissustainably how to wake up in a
way that doesn't take you offthe deep end into a place where
and not that that's sometimesthat's important.
If you need to have a shamansickness or crisis that's
important that's fine butthere's a way of working with
these things where you do itdeliberately and it's more
(34:42):
sustainable over time and itdoesn't have to like completely
interrupt your life.
Speaker 1 (34:47):
So I take it that
process your clinical training
can work hand in hand withsomething like ancestral lineage
work.
Speaker (34:55):
Yeah the training is
more of the approach and then
you can bring whatever modalityyou want to it so I bring my
ancestral healing work I bringmy dream work I bring all this
other stuff to it and it happensand what's so cool is you can
watch my training isn't likeobserving the other person's
body and nervous system andenergy so I can see how well
they're actually digesting whatwe're doing and I can pause when
(35:18):
they need a moment or I canbring their attention over here
when it's like oh this is themissing piece like you've got
this and this and you need thisand we're just putting it
together.
I almost think of it as likedoing nervous system surgery.
Speaker 1 (35:31):
There's shamans in
South America that do just that
they call it a psychic surgery.
Speaker (35:37):
Yeah that's it that's
what it is exactly what it is
and that's what I do.
Speaker 1 (35:42):
Yeah I'm a psychic
surgeon that's exactly what I am
your work involves lots ofdifferent moving parts I do
think that the dream work isgoing to be increasingly
important in doing this workgoing forward.
I think we've only scratchedthe surface of what dreams can
really tell us.
Speaker (36:01):
It gets simpler the
more you do it and that's what I
found.
It has taken me a while to getto where I am now but one thing
that helped me I think I waslistening to a podcast on
animism, The Emerald there's anepisode where he talks about the
history of animism and saysthis recent period of history in
which we have not been aware ofanimism, meaning we have
(36:23):
thought we are disconnected fromthe consciousness of everything
else is so tiny it's like 1% of1% of all time in the history
of Earth.
And so when you remember thatthis dreamtime consciousness
which is not just when you'reasleep but it's that state of
being able to psychically tunein to that all animate
(36:46):
consciousness like that isactually something that was a
natural thing for humans.
There didn't even used to be aconcept of animate versus
inanimate until relativelyrecent in history.
So I think it seems impossiblesometimes when we're dealing
with the last 2000 years likeyou said.
But I think remembering thatit's still such a tiny sliver of
(37:09):
history that we've beendisconnected from that can help
the process of trusting thatit's actually right there and
we're just trying to drop intoit like it's not like going
somewhere else.
It's just getting the staticout of the way.
Speaker 1 (37:23):
It's dialing in
another station on the radio.
Speaker (37:26):
Yes.
Speaker 1 (37:27):
Okay psychic surgeon
that's I'm gonna call you from
now on.
Anything else we need to knowabout at least for today?
Speaker (37:34):
Just the message that
the journey of waking up from
the Matrix and waking up to souland being integrated with soul
can be profoundly and isprofoundly pleasurable.
It's actually like thisbeautiful thing where not only
is it the direction that theworld needs and that the
(37:54):
universe needs, but individuallyit will be the thing that
brings you a lot happiness, joy,and like a sense of meaningful
pleasure beyond like the simpleaddictive pleasures that we do
just to cope within the matrixlike it is the most pleasurable
thing so it's worth the journeyeven though there can be rocky
(38:14):
moments.
Speaker 1 (38:15):
