Johnny Burke (00:00):
Welcome to Closer
to Venus.
I'm Johnny Burke, and today'sguest is Christy Clemens
Hoffman.
She's an intuitive ReikiMaster, channel, and level three
QHHT practitioner, which standsfor Quantum Healing Hypnosis
Technique.
In this episode, we'll discussthe role of QHHT in using energy
(00:22):
and emotion for healing.
Christy, welcome back to theprogram.
Christi Clemons Hoffman (00:27):
Thank
you for having me back, Johnny.
We had such a great discussion.
I thought, okay, there's toomuch to talk about just for one
hour.
Johnny Burke (00:35):
Hence the part
two.
You're right.
In the first episode, we talkedabout your journey in becoming
a medium.
We talked about angel readings, intergalactic guides, and how
you eventually chose the QHHTmodality.
And so we're going to dive alittle bit deeper today and talk
about the role of energy andemotion in the healing, which is
(00:56):
one of the best benefits ofthat modality, correct?
Christi Clemons Hoffman (00:59):
Yes, I
agree.
Johnny Burke (01:01):
Speaking of which,
what role do emotion and trauma
play in creating disease in thefirst place?
Christi Clemons Hoffman (01:08):
If
you've ever heard of the book
The Body Keeps the Score, and Idon't remember the author, but
he talks about how emotions andtrauma that we bury in our
bodies eventually over time willmanifest into illness or
dis-ease.
And we've all got theseemotions and trauma that we just
stuff down.
(01:28):
I don't know, especially in theMidwest, though I know it's
everywhere, we tend to deny ouremotions, we brush things off.
Oh, it's okay, don't worryabout it, it didn't bother me.
But we really hide our truefeelings, and eventually that's
going to come out in the body.
Johnny Burke (01:44):
Speaking of
disease and trauma, if it's not
corrected or healed, it cantranslate on to further
generations.
Christi Clemons Hoffman (01:51):
Oh,
absolutely.
If we don't deal with it now,we can pass it on to deal with.
And that's how we get so manyfamilial diseases, things that
we think are quote genetic, butthe genes are really just a
blueprint of all the stuff thatwe've not processed and that we
pass down.
So if we're looking at a familythat has a long history of
diabetes, say, what they reallyhave is a long history of
(02:14):
denying that there's sweetnessin life.
And if we have a family thathas a long history of heart
disease, what we're seeing is afamily whose pattern is to not
share love, not to practiceself-love, to close ourselves
off to love.
And really, it's all of thestuff that we just haven't dealt
with in that we pass on tofuture generations.
(02:35):
We can also pass that on tofuture lifetimes too, but that's
another question.
Johnny Burke (02:39):
But an interesting
one because we hear a lot about
future lifetimes.
Christi Clemons Hoffman (02:43):
Mm-hmm.
Johnny Burke (02:44):
You also think
that the body is a message
system, sending you messagesabout things that you need to
heal, or is it somethingdifferent?
Christi Clemons Hoffman (02:52):
Bear in
mind healing can be not only
physical, but also mental andemotional, also spiritual
relationship healing.
Yeah, the body is a messagesystem.
It's kind of like your higherself is looking at your life,
and your higher self is the partof you that is eternal.
We might call it the soul orthe inner being, but it's the
part of us that is eternal andknows why you came here, knows
(03:15):
what you decided were going tobe some of your challenges,
knows what you're about and whatyour goals are ultimately.
And then when we're in asituation, we're thinking maybe
in a way that's not in ourhighest good, that's not really
aligned with us, then the higherself can say, Hey, Christy, you
know what, you're being abonehead.
Why don't you change your viewabout this?
(03:36):
And we have free will, right?
So we can either say, Oh yeah,I'm being kind of dumb when I'm
looking at this situation, or wecan choose not to.
And if we choose not to, thenit gets stuffed down, and the
higher self is wanting to remindus again, tapping louder,
Christy, seriously, baby, youneed to look at this.
And we can still, you know, deny it, not address it.
But then finally we get thespiritual tuberfore up your
(03:58):
head.
I've got a really goodillustration here, Johnny.
One time I was doing an eventat a local venue, a local
church, and I know thislocation.
It was built prior to the ADA.
It's all stairs, there's noelevators and tons of stairs
throughout.
And I needed to load in binsfull of materials for this
(04:19):
event.
And I had somebody lined up tohelp me with that.
And we were going to meet at acertain time in the garage.
And they didn't show, and Iknew I gotta get this set up if
this is gonna happen.
Darn it, I have to do itmyself.
So I'm carrying all this stuffin and I'm mad the whole time.
Why does it always come down tome?
Why do I always have to takecare of everything?
(04:39):
Why can't I depend on anybody?
And then my shoulder froze.
That was like instant, right?
I'm like thinking, I can'tdepend on anybody.
I'm shouldering theresponsibility.
Johnny Burke (04:50):
And your shoulder
actually started to hurt.
Christi Clemons Hoffman (04:53):
Yeah,
and it froze.
I had frozen shoulder for overa year.
Johnny Burke (04:57):
So the body does
speak to you in certain ways.
Christi Clemons Hoffman (05:01):
It
does.
And in pretty stereotypicalways.
I mean, that's the shoulderresponsibility, right?
And Louise Hay writes aboutthis in You Can Heal Your Life.
The eyes are about what do wewant to see or not see.
The neck is about beingflexible, also about turning in
the do we want to see this, dowe want to see that?
Our feet are about movingforward, the hips are about
(05:23):
moving forward, the low back isabout stability.
Julia Cannon writes about thisas well in her book SoulSpeak,
based on Dolores Cannon's work, her mom's work, right?
Decades of work in the quantumrealm.
But also there's messages fromthe body, there's psychological
meaning by Dr.
Michael J.
Lincoln.
I use that resource every day,I tell you.
(05:44):
It's so useful.
He breaks it down to whichvertebrae in your back and what
messages they hold, and whichtooth in your mouth and what
messages they hold, theknuckles, your eyes left, right,
your nostrils, like all thethings and what trauma or
emotion they're carrying.
And that's really helpful.
Johnny Burke (06:05):
And the way that
QHHT leans heavily on the higher
self.
Oh, very.
So let's talk for a momentabout QHHT versus past life
regression.
They are similar, correct?
Christi Clemons Hoffman (06:17):
Yeah,
they're adjacent.
Johnny Burke (06:18):
They're adjacent.
Okay, good.
So the role of the higher selfis much more prominent in QHHT.
Can you describe that forpeople that didn't hear the
first episode?
Christi Clemons Hof (06:29):
Absolutely.
Well, in QHHT, we actuallyspeak directly to the higher
self.
The first portion of thesession is about regression, and
it's not necessarily past, andI typically use the air quotes
with that because all time isreally present, all time is now.
But we may visit what we wouldconsider a past life, one or
(06:51):
more.
We may visit what we wouldthink of as the future.
We may actually go to aconcurrent lifetime, one that
we're living like in the sametimeline, but a different life.
We may go to the current life, but the higher self is always in
charge of selecting what weneed to see.
What do you need to understandfor the biggest bang up for your
(07:13):
buck?
Like, where do we need to go?
Let's go where we're gonna haveinsight, let's go where we're
gonna have healing.
We might go to the origin ofany situation that you're having
in your body or in your life.
So it's important to payattention to that.
So the higher self is directingthat.
It's like our tour guidethrough our timelines.
And then in the second portionof the session, we actually talk
(07:34):
to the higher self.
I pull the higher self in andinvite it to have a conversation
with me.
And that's where we can askquestions.
Clients bring a list of 10 to15 questions to ask of their
higher self.
So I'll ask those questions andany related questions that come
up because they might come inwith a bunch of questions, and
the higher self's like, well, that's really cute, honey, but
(07:56):
that's not what we need to talkto you about, and may offer
their own insight.
Dolores Cannon calls it the SCor the subconscious, not quite
the most accurate term.
We interchangeably call it theSC, the higher self, the higher
consciousness, the inner being.
We use all of these terms.
And then during the sessionitself, the second part when
(08:17):
we're talking to the higherself, I always ask for a body
scan.
That's part of any standardQHHT session.
Everybody's got something thatneeds to be healed.
It could be a chronic itch thatyou have, it could be cancer,
it could be diverticulitis.
We all have something that'spart of the interview that we
do.
Is what is your healthlandscape like?
(08:38):
What's your health picture?
So during the QHT session, I'mtalking with the higher self and
say, would it be an appropriatetime to do a body scan for
Johnny?
Johnny Burke (08:47):
So the body scan,
is that the energy component or
is it different?
Christi Clemons Hoffman (08:52):
It is.
It's a quantum componentbecause the body, of course, is
physical, but what runs it isenergy on the quantum level.
Because we are connected toeverything else.
We are connected to ouremotions, which is an energy.
We're actually made of energybecause we all do stuff stuff
down, and you know, it can takea while before things manifest
(09:14):
into a physical problem.
So even if we don't directlyaddress a physical problem in
the body scan, we're addressingthe energies that could create
one.
So I'll ask, you know, is itappropriate at this time for us
to conduct a body scan?
And they usually say yes.
And then we'll look throughtheir body from head to toe or
(09:34):
from toe to head, and I'll justsay, tell me of anything that
needs to be discussed, thatneeds to be resolved, that needs
to be addressed.
It can be anything.
You know what's funny is thatwe'll do this interview, this
lengthy interview at thebeginning of the day, and I'll
ask about health concerns andwrite a whole list of what are
our health concerns.
And often the higher self willaddress something that's not on
(09:56):
that list, and I'm thinking, they didn't tell me about that,
but that seems significant.
And they'll find blockedenergy, trapped energy, residual
energy, anything that'sproblematic within the body that
either is causing problems orcould be causing problems.
And it's so interesting.
Because people talk about it inall kinds of different terms.
(10:17):
The very first session I everconducted during my level one
training class in Eureka Springsin 2016 was this woman who had
several C-section births andsome gut issues, and her higher
self said, Lord, that looks likea mess of snakes down there.
(10:37):
And it was a bunch of scartissue.
And so they'll describe it indifferent ways like that, which
is really funny.
I've heard it described as mysister, hers was described as a
mess of dots.
It's just all these black dots, just all kinds of different
ways.
Or sometimes they won't evendescribe it.
They'll just say it's there.
Johnny Burke (10:55):
Now, is it true
that chronic illnesses they can
actually be part of the lifeplan?
In other words, in thatin-between space when we make
the soul agreements and soforth, we plan on things that
are not always like happyoutcomes, happy endings, right?
How would you approach that inone of your sessions?
Christi Clemons Hoffman (11:14):
Well,
remember, each lifetime is just
a drop in the ocean.
In the grand scheme of things, each life is very, very short.
So while we're in it, somethingchronic like rheumatoid
arthritis might seem like ourfocal point, but over the scope
of our soul, it's just a drop inthe ocean.
(11:34):
So it's just a learningexperience.
And so, yeah, we might set upsomething for ourselves that we
want to learn from.
You know, I had a speaking ofrheumatoid arthritis, I had a
woman who came in and she hadhorrible rheumatoid arthritis,
her hands were deformed, shehad, you know, some difficulty
walking, and she was havingdifficulty conceiving, and the
(11:57):
medication they were giving hermade it dangerous to conceive,
so it was a delicate balancethere.
But in her session, she went toa lifetime where she was a rock
in a forest, and she reallyenjoyed being a rock in a
forest.
A pretty large rock.
Johnny Burke (12:13):
That's enjoyable.
Christi Clemons Hoffman (12:14):
It was
peaceful, it was restful, and
she just got to observe and justenjoy the being in the forest.
Johnny Burke (12:21):
She didn't feel
trapped.
I've heard this before aboutpeople that experience past
lives as a rock or a tree orsomething.
I think that's not something Iwould choose, but you said that
she enjoyed it.
Christi Clemons Hoffman (12:34):
Very
much.
Oh, yeah, I've seen people astrees, as water, grass, leaves,
gosh, what else?
Clouds?
Oh, absolutely.
Absolutely.
And while we with our physicalminds might think that's really
limiting and confining, I thinkwe're not looking at the bigger
picture.
What freedom we do have withit.
(12:56):
And so in this client's case, Imean she really enjoyed being
just peaceful and tranquil inthis rock that she chose to have
a similar experience again.
Because she's like, nothing canconfine me.
I can have joy wherever I am.
But she also chose this uhdisease because uh she had this
(13:19):
theme in the current life ofbeing unkind to herself.
She chose it for a couple ofdifferent reasons.
One, she had the peace that shehad and she wanted to
rediscover that peace, but andnow that I'm thinking about
about it, that may have been ashortcut.
It's like you can't just likego right to peace.
You've got to have some sort ofchallenge.
But she also chose to have alifetime, the current life,
(13:41):
where she was very unkind toherself.
When I got to her subconsciousand asking, she got really
quiet.
When I was talking to her whenshe was the rock, she was, oh my
gosh, look, there's thesesquirrels and everything's green
and it's really cool out andit's just so pleasant, and I can
hear everything.
And when you get to thesubconscious, nothing.
(14:03):
And I thought, well, that'sweird.
And finally she squeaked out,we want to talk, but she won't
let us.
Because and they later said,She's so mean to herself.
She does not speak kindly toherself.
And so it was an interestingjuxtaposition.
(14:23):
But to get back to your point, yeah, we might make this choice
for many different reasons.
This may be that we just havenever had a big challenge
before.
What would it be like to be ina wheelchair?
What would I learn aboutmyself?
This can also be a choice whereI need to learn to let somebody
(14:43):
take care of me.
Maybe in another lifetime youdenied help, you denied
assistance, and it was not agood thing for you.
And you need to learn to letothers take care of you.
You may have a lifetime inwhich you are cruel to somebody
who's got some sort ofdisability or chronic illness.
You deny them care, you denythem support.
(15:04):
So now you've got to see whatit's like on the other foot.
Because with karma, that justmeans balance.
You've got to balance that out.
Johnny Burke (15:12):
When you do the
healing work, do you often find
that person chose that kind ofpain, or was that not always the
case?
Christi Clemons Hoffman (15:21):
Well,
it's a mixed bag.
It's hard to say with everytime.
So often they will choose thatlevel of pain, and sometimes it
does get out of hand more thanthey had really bargained for or
anticipated.
Sometimes they sign up forthese chronic illnesses, but
it's like, whoa, I didn't thinkit was going to be this bad.
And then sometimes we get tothe higher self, and I always
(15:41):
want to ask when we discoversomething or when we're
addressing something, would itbe in this client's best and
highest good to have thisresolved?
Because we always want healingto be in the client's best
interest.
And we all think, oh my God, ofcourse it's in my best interest
to be healed.
But sometimes the higher selfwill say, you know what, they're
not finished with the lessonyet.
Johnny Burke (16:03):
Not finished with
the lesson.
Really interesting.
So once you find out why theysigned up for whatever their
journey is, does that make iteasier for you to commence to
healing if it's appropriate?
Christi Clemons Hoffman (16:17):
Oh, we
need to get to the origin of it
before we can do any healing oreven think about it.
We've got to find out how itwas created.
Now I had a client who came inbecause of allergies, very
severe allergies, and it wasreally disruptive to her life.
And so she wanted relief fromthat.
And it turned out that it wassomething that was just
signaling to her.
(16:38):
So for example, allergies are athroat chakra issue.
Okay?
The throat chakra is aboutcommunication, it's about
hearing and being heard.
It's feeling like you have avoice, it's feeling like your
voice is being valued.
So in her session, the higherself said, you know, she has
allergies because she felt thatshe was never heard by her
family.
(16:58):
See, this client was theyoungest child in a family of
five.
They were all brothers aboveher, and she thought she was
lost in the shuffle.
But her higher self showed hera scene from her life where no,
her brothers adored her and gaveher a hard time because she was
a little sister, but they alljust couldn't do without her,
(17:20):
and just cherished her.
And that cleared a big portionof her allergies when really she
just was needing to be heardand be needing to be seen, and
so these allergies, in a way,set her apart, gave the other
people something to focus on.
It's like, well, see, I'mspecial because I have these
(17:40):
allergies.
Johnny Burke (17:41):
I can see why your
job as a QHHT practitioner is
interesting because I wouldguess that no one session is
identical to the other.
When you discover one of yourclients that had a sudden death,
car accident, murder, whatever, once you discover the origin,
does that change your approachor not really?
Christi Clemons Hoffman (18:03):
No, it
doesn't change the approach.
The approach is the same.
Now, the role of emotion islike I've indicated before, it's
to show us that there's aproblem, right?
That there's something we'renot looking at correctly,
something we may need tointerpret or see in a different
way.
So we need to understand itfirst, then we need to work on
(18:25):
releasing that emotion and workthrough that emotion, and then
we can clear it from ourselves.
But in a sudden death, we'lloften have, especially if it's
traumatic and you're aware ofit, we may have emotions that we
really don't have time toprocess, much less acknowledge.
So those types of things willstick around often, not always,
(18:47):
but often, to be resolved in thenext life.
Migraines are one of the bigexamples of that.
Now, I developed migraines andafter a stroke, God, what,
eleven years ago?
And I was shown in a past lifethat I was a Jewish man in
Madrid or some big city in likeSpain or in that area, and very
(19:13):
much in love with my wife.
But this was the time of theInquisition, and my wife had
died, and I was distraught.
And the neighbor turned me inas a Jew.
And the end of that life was Iwas running down the street full
of rage at the neighbor whowould turn me in, full of grief
with my wife being gone, andfull of fear and anger being
(19:35):
chased by these inquisitors whowere throwing maces and all
types of weapons at my head.
And that's how I died.
I didn't have time to resolveall of those issues.
And I tell you what, Johnny, themes of grief and abandonment
and loss have been with me allmy life.
Themes of fear and forgivenessall my life.
(19:57):
It was in that moment when Isaw all of that that I could
start to address it.
But interestingly enough, itwas around that time that I saw
it, then the migraines startedhappening.
That's not always the case.
I had a woman come in becauseof near daily migraines, and she
was really struggling.
She came in and she went to alifetime where she was this
paper boy in a big city, and shewould ride her bike, or he
(20:20):
would ride his bike, to stand onthe corner and hawk papers, big
bag of papers and a paper boycap.
And we come down in the firstlife, in the past life, the very
first thing she saw was abroken bicycle on the sidewalk.
And I couldn't understand whyshe wasn't giving much
information about the brokenbicycle.
So we just moved on from there.
Every scene I moved her to,there were people who didn't see
(20:43):
her and didn't recognize her, didn't interact with her at all.
And finally, I started puttingtwo and two together.
Here was this paper boy, theoldest child in a family of
four, only one bringing home anyincome from this paperboy job.
The parents, neither one hadwork because there was no work.
(21:04):
Everybody's depressed,everybody's poor.
It was a depression.
And okay, so difficult times.
And I started to put two andtwo together about how people at
church, all dressed in blackand grieving and mourning, did
not see him or recognize him ortalk to him.
How he went to the sand lot toplay baseball, and none of the
(21:25):
boys would even acknowledge him.
So I said, Let's go to the lastday, and we were back at the
broken bicycle.
That's how this boy died.
I finally realized, okay, sowhere's your oh?
It's next to the bicycle.
I said, Where are you?
I'm looking down at it.
So she was already out of thebody.
So we discovered depressionera, family of four.
(21:47):
They were struggling.
This was the only personbringing any income.
So this kid died with fear andworry about his family, and that
lingered as the migraines.
When I brought her out, Wediscussed it and we talked about
the broken bicycle and how shedied.
She said, I saw the wholething.
I fell and the car hit me righthere in my head.
(22:09):
I said, Where do your migrainesstart?
She goes, Oh, right here.
Johnny Burke (22:13):
Same place.
Christi Clemons Hoffman (22:14):
Yeah.
So when she realized that sheunderstood the connection, we
could talk to that little boyand tell him everybody made it
out okay.
Everybody's safe.
Everybody's fine.
You don't have to worryanymore.
The migraine stopped.
And if she ever after thatstarted to feel like an aura
come on, or just the twinges ofa migraine, she would talk to
this kid, say, You're safe.
(22:35):
Everybody's safe.
Everybody's okay.
You don't have to worry.
And then it would fade away.
Johnny Burke (22:40):
So when you
instructed her to tell that kid
when she thought a migraine wasemerging, is she pretty much
talking to herself, or is sheable to actually connect with a
spirit of some sort or notreally?
Christi Clemons Hoffman (22:55):
That
boy is part of her.
That boy is still connected toher.
That boy is still within her sher greater soul.
Remember, all time is now.
It's a weird concept to wrapyour mind around.
Johnny Burke (23:08):
I've heard that
again and again because you
mentioned concurrent lives.
They might all be concurrentbecause they exist at once.
Christi Clemons Hoffman (23:16):
Right.
You know, and I asked my guidesabout this because I was having
a hard time understanding it.
And at first they said it'slike in your car, you've got the
radio, and there's the oldiestation, there's the new age
station, there's the news, there's a religion station, and
you turn your dial, and whereveryou're focused is what you're
listening to.
So later, I still was having ahard time wrapping my mind
(23:38):
around this.
And so I said, okay, can youexplain it to me further?
And they said, Okay, imaginethis multiplex theater, biggest
one you I could ever imagine, and every movie ever made is
playing in this theater.
So one movie might be endingand you leave that and you d
duck into the middle of anothermovie.
That movie might be ending andyou could go into the beginning
(23:59):
of the next movie.
So all of these things areplaying at the same time, but
they're all, you know, invarious stages and locations and
times and everything else,stories, everything.
Johnny Burke (24:12):
They're all
playing at once, just in
different locations.
Yeah.
Right.
Yeah.
Okay.
In your work as a practitioner, you rely on the higher self
quite a bit for guidance, butyou also rely on spirit guides
as well.
So what's the difference?
Christi Clemons Hoffman (24:30):
That's
a great question.
Really, it's a hierarchy.
And Julia Cannon breaks thisdown in her SoulSpeak work, but
it's a hierarchy.
So here we are at the very, very bottom, and then way up at
the top is source or God,whatever you want to call it.
And then we've got our guidesaround us, we've got our loved
ones, we've got the archangels,we've got the ascended masters,
(24:50):
we've got the cherubim, theseraphim, etc., all the way up.
And really, our subconscious isa collection of so many things
that are connected to us.
But it shares that energy witheverything.
But it's kind of like ourlittle bubble of who we are,
comprised of what's connected tous, including our guides,
(25:12):
including the angels that areconnected to us.
But for that reason, when I'mtalking to the subconscious, the
higher self, it's often aconglomeration of all of the
above.
So I can ask questions, different questions, and there
may be different voices ordifferent aspects coming in.
The very first session that Idid, I told you about with the
(25:33):
higher self saying, Oh, it lookslike a mess of snakes down
there.
I mean, it sounded like an oldAppalachian grandma.
And this was coming from awoman who's a prim and proper
librarian in Canada.
Not the way she talks at all.
So we'll often hear a voiceshift when I get to the
subconscious, but then withinthat asking different questions,
sometimes there will bedifferent aspects chiming in
(25:56):
because we're all part of thisconglomerate soul.
Johnny Burke (25:59):
The voice shift in
your client or your voice
shift?
Christi Clemons Hoffman (26:03):
Oh no,
the client.
Johnny Burke (26:04):
The client, that's
what I thought.
Okay, interesting.
That brings to mind a form oftransmedium shift.
Can't that be dangerous forsomeone that's not using
protection spells or at leasthas training to know how to
approach that?
Christi Clemons Hoffman (26:18):
Yes,
no, you're absolutely right.
And I do teach spiritconnection, and I always have
the two pillars so important.
One is protection, because whenthe light's on, all the bugs
come, and intention that we needto know our intention in who we
want to connect and what we'dlike to ask.
And we have those pillars in aQHHT session.
(26:40):
We open the session withprotection.
It's very important.
So we call in white light forprotection, and that white light
stays with the client the wholetime, and our intention is set
with the induction, with thequestions that we ask, etc.
etc.
Now I take an extra step and Icall in Dolores Cannon for help.
I call in Archangel Michael forhelp just to oversee and
(27:01):
protect and hold a space for thesession.
Johnny Burke (27:04):
Okay.
You call in Dolores too, huh?
Christi Clemons Hoffman (27:06):
Oh
yeah.
Johnny Burke (27:08):
Did you ever meet
her while she was with us here
on the planet?
Christi Clemons Hoffman (27:12):
No,
unfortunately not.
No, but she's with me everysession, and I saw her during
our training classes, and shecomes into sessions.
And it's not just me, she comesinto sessions around the world.
Johnny Burke (27:22):
When you say you
saw her, is that more of a
clairvoyant thing, or is it morein your mind's eye?
How does that work?
Christi Clemons Hoffman (27:29):
When
you see things clairvoyantly,
you see it in your mind's eye.
Now, that projection might beoutside of you, but still it's
coming from your mind's eye.
Johnny Burke (27:37):
Okay.
What are the main differencesbetween past life regression and
QHHT?
Is it more of a reliance on thehigher self or is it something
different?
Christi Clemons Hoffman (27:47):
Well,
QHHT is very comprehensive.
We start with an intensiveinterview about the client's
life.
We start from when they wereborn, what their family
structure was like, what weresome major life events growing
up, how their relationships workwith all of the different
family members, how therelationships between family
members work, what were some oftheir health concerns.
(28:10):
You know, we do a comprehensiveinterview.
And that does a couple ofdifferent things.
One, in case they go to thecurrent life instead of another
one, it helps me to understandwhat's going on because I know
how their family structure wasgrowing up and had changed.
But also it just helps them torelax, gain rapport with me, and
(28:31):
feel relaxed enough and readyto do the session.
So it's very helpful to do thatinterview.
And then it includes, I can'teven say just past life, because
it could be between, it couldbe concurrent, it could be the
current life, it could befuture, really anything and
everything.
It can be interdimensional, andthen we talk to the higher
self.
So there's really threeimportant parts the interview,
(28:53):
the regression section of it,and then the higher self part of
it.
So it's very comprehensive.
Now, I also do simple, juststraightforward past life only.
And that would be for someonewho's not ready for something
that comprehensive, but also forsomeone who's not ready to
really explore.
So I guess that's the samething where we just look at one
(29:15):
past life.
Now, the higher self's alwaysgoing to be selecting which
lifetime.
So there's that.
Now, in my past liferegressions, we will talk
afterward about what happened inthat lifetime, how that relates
to the current lifetime.
And I also offer a servicewhere we only do one past, one
future life.
So we look at the arc of thesoul.
(29:38):
So not just a life purpose, onelife purpose.
We'll look at past lifepurpose, current life purpose,
future life purpose, and see ifthere's a connection there, a
correlation to show what oursoul purpose is.
That's where things can getinteresting.
Johnny Burke (29:56):
Okay, soul
purpose.
Great.
So, in sum, what else do weneed to know about QHT, at least
for today?
Christi Clemons Hoffman (30:02):
I'd
like to dive a little bit more
into the healing part of itbecause once we discover what
the cause is, how we created it,and we understand that, and
I'll always ask, well, doesJohnny understand now what
created this illness?
Okay.
Is Johnny ready to release it?
Okay.
Would it be in Johnny's bestand highest good to have this
removed or have this resolved?
(30:23):
And they sometimes they'll sayno, but that's only maybe a
handful of times out of 800sessions.
But most of the time they'llsay either yes or we'll try.
And when they say we'll try, they're doing it.
And this can be in a variety ofways.
I've seen it where the blackdots get scrubbed away, and that
(30:44):
resolves it.
Oh, one time the higher selfsaid, We're sending wild horses
to trample it.
Then it'll blow away.
Okay, great.
That's awesome.
Sometimes we're just cutting itout, we're moving it, we're
applying white light, we'reapplying pink light.
They'll address it, but it canbe in really strange ways.
And then people will come in,they might have a swelling or a
(31:05):
rash, and after the session, they don't have that anymore.
They walk in with a limp, theywalk out without a limp, they'll
walk in with eyesight problems, they walk in and their
eyesight's so much better.
I've had four people come inwith cancer, and when they
follow up with their doctor, thecancer is not there.
Just all kinds of differentthings.
Johnny Burke (31:25):
So it sounds to me
this is a type of modality that
might heal things thattraditional therapy could not.
And also a bit quicker.
Christi Clemons Hoffman (31:34):
And and
quicker.
And I have to say that it's upto the client to accept it and
believe it.
Sometimes we have very strongbeliefs about oh, this can't be
healed.
My whole family has this.
So we need to get past that.
We need to get over ourselvesand we need to save ourselves
from ourselves.
We need to accept that it'sbeing done.
We need to remember that thisis done.
(31:57):
We need to keep listening toour recording because we make a
recording, every practitionerdoes.
And it's important to listen toit because it reinforces the
healing that you've received andit puts you back in the energy
of the healing, and you gainadditional insights.
Just like every time you rereadyour favorite book, you get
something more out of it.
(32:17):
So it's important to follow up.
It's not just like, oh, I walkin, I walk out, and then it's
done.
It can be, and sometimes it is.
But many times we need to goback and just reinforce it and
keep rehealing it over and over.
Johnny Burke (32:33):
You might need
more than one session.
Christi Clemons Hoffman (32:36):
No, you
don't need more than one
session.
But you need to listen to yourrecording.
That's what this is.
You need to keep listening toit.
You don't have to sit down andlisten to the whole thing all at
once.
It's like an hour and a half.
Who's got time for that?
But just bookmark your favoriteportions of it, skip ahead to
that, listen a little bit atevery day, every other day.
(32:57):
If somebody wants to do anothersession, absolutely.
There's nothing to say, don'tdo any more sessions.
Sometimes people just have somuch fun.
I just want to see what else isthere.
Or they'll think, now that Iknow what I'm doing and how to
do it, I want to see if I can goeven deeper this time.
(33:17):
Or sometimes they'll come outof it and a year later think,
I've got even more questions.
I wish I would have asked thisor that.
Johnny Burke (33:24):
I've been told
it's usually one session.
Christi Clemons Hoffman (33:27):
Oh, one
and done, yeah.
Johnny Burke (33:28):
Yeah, that's what
I thought.
Okay.
There you go.
All you need.
