“A Coffee with…” Duška Radosavljević, a writer, dramaturg and academic

During the discussion we reflected on Duška’s incredible journey from Serbia to Sweden via the UK; the endless questions and conundrums that any i/emigrant may face, and whether it is easier to move abroad when younger, or when more established in life.  

We discussed the importance and influence of Vuk Stefanović Karadžić and Branislav Nušić, discovery of Stevan Dedijer’s legacy, and how does being bilingual influences which language is predominantly used to create.  

We further considered current state of Stanislavski method of teaching/ learning and how speech and sound are changing the theatre, especially through the audience experience.
