There are generally two types of contractors when it comes to talking about online reviews.
- "I don't feel comfortable asking for reviews..."
- "I hate Yelp, so all online reviews are useless"
Regardless of your team affiliation, it's time to take a step back and look at the big picture. It doesn't matter what you think about reviews. It matters what your customers think about reviews. And, generally speaking, your potential customers care about reviews.
