Today's episode is all about how to keep fresh food fresh for longer.

I chat with MarisaMoore from MarisaMoore.com.

Marisa is a registered dietitian nutritionist living in Atlanta, GA. She uses her blog to share (mostly) vegetarian recipes and credible nutrition information.

I was lucky enough to meet Marisa on a bus last year at the Everything Food Conference in Utah and I'm so glad I did because I've learnt so much from her already.

Recently she shared an Instagram video about keeping food fresh and I just knew I had to get her on the podcast to share these tips with you guys.

The majority of us are still trying to avoid going to the grocery store as much as we used too pre-covid, and I know I'm not the only one who is aiming to reduce food waste as much as possible.  This episode will give you so many great ideas to take away and start applying immediately.

Head to the show notes for all the links discussed - cookitrealgood.com/51.

Are You A Charlotte?

Are You A Charlotte?

In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
