Ep11.
What makes someone decide to do a 19.7km ocean swim from local iconic Perth swimming spot Cottesloe Beach to Rottnest Island?
Imogen Mason had always loved swimming as a child. She dreamed of participating in the Cottesloe to Rottnest ocean swim but never really thought it would become a reality. In 2020 she made the decision to give it a go.
In 6.5 months of training Imogen swam over 500km and at her peak, was swimming 7km per day. Her challenge was her mindset.
Did she make it all the way? Have a listen and find out!
