Shane Keating was first elected to serve on Council for Ward 12 in October 2010. Born in Regina, he moved with his family to the Calgary area in 1991 and has lived in Ward 12 since 1997. Shane spent 31 years as an accomplished educator, and has served on numerous community groups and associations as both a member and an executive. As a member of Calgary City Council he believes in thinking outside the box and asking: "Why does it have to be that way, and how can we make it better?" Shane earned his Bachelor of Education degree at the University of Regina and his Masters of Education Administration from the University of Calgary. He spent 18 years as a school teacher and 13 years as a school administrator/principal. He is married to Mervianna. One project close to Shane's heart is the Families in Remembrance of Military Members (FIRMM). Shane co-founded the group after his nephew, Cpl. Shane Keating, died in Afghanistan. The group's goal was to educate Canadians about the military and provide support for fallen and wounded soldiers. Follow Us: Instagram: Twitter: Facebook : Website: Cross Border Interviews is owned by Miranda, Brown & Associates Inc.

The Ron Burgundy Podcast

The Ron Burgundy Podcast

Will Ferrell reprises his role as Ron Burgundy in his brand new Ron Burgundy Podcast! Each episode has a different theme in which Ron engages in conversation with another notable person on the topic at hand. In true Ron Burgundy fashion, these conversations have a tendency to go off the rails, and we find out things about people we never knew we wanted to know. In season 2, Ron considers a run for President, continues to perform music, and blacks out at work. In Season 1, Ron addressed important issues like bullying and the mind-expanding nature of meditation, and attempted to ultimately answer the question “seriously, what is a podcast?”
