On this week’s episode, host Caryn Antonini is joined by American artist Rob Strati, whose remarkable career has spanned large scale sculptural, installations, intricate digital diagrams, and most recently, his acclaimed Fragmented series created from broken porcelain and ink drawings. Rob’s work examines how we create meaning from the ordinary, revealing stories through objects, systems, and memory. Alongside his artistic practice, Rob also spent years leading culinary research at Daily Harvest, from digital products to packaging to culinary and sensory.
Rob brings a unique perspective that bridges art, design, and the way we experience food.
