Ā 3 Steps to Rebuilding Confidence in a Digital World
Today, Iām sharing one of the most personal videos Iāve ever created.
When I experienced a cybercrime in 2019, it didnāt just impact my finances ā it shook my confidence, my identity, and my sense of safety. What I learned through that season is that healing isnāt linear⦠but it is possible.
This video is about the journey back ā the rebalance, the recovery, and the reclaiming of your digital confidence.
Here are the 3 steps that helped me rebuild:
1ļøā£ Pause, Reflect, Ground Yourself
Ā Before moving forward, you have to give yourself permission to slow down. Breathe. Process what happened. Regain your footing. Groundedness is where clarity begins.
2ļøā£ Share Your Story
Ā Isolation is where fear grows. Sharing with family, friends, colleagues ā or even communities like this ā reminds you that youāre not alone. Support restores strength.
3ļøā£ Learn & Take Action
Ā Education becomes empowerment. Understanding how to reduce future risk and putting a simple, actionable plan in place gives you back control in a digital world that can feel overwhelming.
This post isnāt about the crime ā itās about the comeback.
Ā And if youāre going through something similar, I want you to know: you can rise again, stronger and more grounded than before.
Thank you for watching, supporting, and walking this journey with me.
Ā š We heal through reflection.
Ā š We rebuild through connection.
Ā š We rise through education.
