Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hello everyone and a
very warm welcome to our dynamic
show, where we offer resourcesto remind you to align with your
own well-being every day.
I'm Mariana and I'm so gratefulthat you have tuned in.
Our show today is an unscripted, impromptu, unpredictable
(00:22):
off-the-cuff recording titledWhile we Are here, and this will
aid you to become just moremindful about the topic of what
are you doing with your timehere on planet Earth.
Now question to our listenershave you ever thought about what
(00:49):
am I supposed to do here?
What is my purpose?
What is my reason for being andcoming to this planet Earth?
What is my soul guiding me todo?
Have you ever had some of thesequestions come up at any point
(01:11):
in your life?
And this is one of the reasonswhy we're doing this.
We created a blog about it awhile back, but found that some
of our blogs need to becomerecordings.
Some of our recordings need tobe blogs because some people
like to read and some peoplelike to listen.
So this is an off-the-cuff ofwhat we had done about While we
(01:37):
Are here blog, like I said quitea while ago, but also in recent
conversations.
Which is why I usually dooff-the-cuff is that it's a
conversation that's come up inmy world, or it's something that
I've read or something thatI've watched, or something that
(01:57):
really gets to the core and thesoul of why, while we Are here,
what do we want to do?
Who do we want to be?
So some of the questions maybeto ask yourself is who do I want
(02:19):
to be while I am here?
Another question might be whatdo I want to be or do or have or
experience while I am here?
And another question might bewhere do I want to be while I am
(02:41):
here?
And maybe another question ishow do I want to be while I am
here?
You know so the who at when, where, how and the why sometimes
as well comes into that.
So maybe just some questions toponder, because at the end of
the day, you're in a co-creativeuniverse and you are creating
(03:04):
and co-creating your life withothers.
I remember us having either apodcast or a blog a while back
and it's like what part do youwant to play?
That could be in any specificexperience, or it could be what
part do you want to play in thisworld?
Because I think really, we areall playing parts for each other
(03:25):
, and that's why we use the wordco-creation, because you're
co-creating with the energy andthe people around you and your
soul, family and your physicalfamily, and your friends and
your acquaintances, and eventhose that you don't get along
with or don't agree with or thecontrast.
It's all a co-creation.
So you have to decide what partdo you want to play?
(03:47):
And while you are here, likesome of the questions that I had
mentioned earlier, is like whodo you want to be in all of this
?
Now, if this is taught early,as parents and guardians and
those for the well-being ofchildren, they can parent or
(04:14):
guide or stimulate kids fromthat notion of like this is your
life.
While you are here, howeveramount of time that is now, I
know for some that might be ashort amount of time and for
(04:35):
others very long, and I'm notsure if it's about the short and
long of it, but more of sort ofthe quality and the feeling
part of it as you go through.
That's no disrespect to any oneor any experience that has
happened.
That does not feel good and youmay have lost someone in your
(04:57):
life at a very young age orwhatever it may be.
But what we want to focus ontoday is while we are here,
while we are here, it justcarries significant meaning and
calls for, you know, furtherexploration here, referring to
(05:23):
our existence in this physicalform known as life.
It's a profound journey or justa journey, I mean all depends
what perspective you have on itcan invoke a range of emotions,
whether it be moments of joy ormoments of contrast, moments of
struggle all the emotions fromthat emotional scale that we had
(05:50):
talked about, I think, in oneof our blogs before and maybe
one of our podcasts.
Again, depending on how youperceive and respond to these
experiences, makes a differencein how your life will be while
we are here, while you are here, while I am here.
So here's what I know for surewe come into this physical
(06:17):
experience, we're born and weleave this physical experience
and in between, that is calledthe time on earth and, as we
mentioned before, how long westay in this physical experience
is unique to each person and weget to decide as individuals
(06:42):
what we do at this time, andit's really about choices along
the way, and I find, for me, Icame to the forefront when we
started losing close familymembers and friends.
(07:02):
It really did cause me toreflect on life and what am I
doing with my time here?
Like, was that taught anywhere?
Was that told anywhere?
Was that shared anywhere?
Maybe, but again, I think ifyou're, but this younger is like
(07:26):
you have this time here onearth, so what do you want to do
with it?
You know, I know, it's a day today thing, a moment to moment
thing is second by second thingand by no means is this
(07:49):
reflection on you're not doinganything, because everyone has a
purpose.
Everyone has this beautifulthing called life, that you are
doing what serves you and ifyou're not, then make other
choices.
And the very fact that you canfeel empowered, even if your
(08:10):
life looks a little unempowered, you can make those choices to
feel empowered Like there's somany blessings in this world,
there's so much to be gratefulfor.
It's like where are you puttingyour attention?
This is really a recording abouttake a moment and really look
(08:36):
at your life as a whole.
And I remember asking myselfthis question have I looked at
the big picture of my life?
You know, not just thespecifics of every day and
waking up and going to sleep andall those experiences in
between that, because that'salso part of the daily.
(08:56):
Part of life Is your dailyschedule or whatever that might
be.
But have I really looked at thebig picture of my life and have
I really stepped back and notonly asked but felt if I'm in
the place that I want to be inmy life and I'm not talking just
the physical, like this iswhere I live, but a place in my
(09:18):
life where I am peaceful, that Iam joyful, that I am who I want
to be, where I want to be, andthat could be career wise, or
family wise, or you know some ofthe ideas that you might have
(09:42):
had as a kid which ultimatelychange as you mature.
You know.
Again, going back to the who atwhen, where, why type of thing,
and then the how it's.
You know the how the universeusually takes care of, but it's
like, are you living a consciouslife or an unconscious life?
Are you living just goingthrough the motions or are you
(10:03):
actually like intending andbeing more aware of what you
were doing while you were here?
I mean, there's so, like I saidbefore, so many blessings, so
much to appreciate, so much toco-create, so much to experience
that does.
That could be where you liveand where you are and how you
(10:28):
are right now, or that could be,you know, way more broader.
You know, depending on whatserves you, and at the end of
the day, it's always about whatserves you.
You make the choices for whatserve you.
Sometimes it does not serve youvery well, and sometimes life
and choices serve you very well.
(10:49):
So, again, if it's not feelinggood, let's move over to the
feel good side.
If it is feeling good, thencontinue that and continue.
Making choices is, at the endof the day.
While I am here, I know one ofthe choices that I've made is
that I want to feel good as muchas possible.
It's perspective, it'sperception, it's how I look at
(11:17):
things.
So we have a couple otherquestions for our audience that
you may find again.
Taking and listening to thisrecording will help you decide,
while you are here, what youwant to do.
So one question have youthought about right here and
(11:45):
right now what do I want to dowith?
It Doesn't matter about yourpast.
Your past has only helped youget to where you are this moment
.
The present is where the poweris, because then your present
will create your future.
Future is not here, you don'tworry about it.
(12:07):
Past is gone.
You don't worry about it, thepresent moment.
You have the empowerment, youhave the choice, you have the
wherewithal to decide.
What it is that you want now Isare you in the right job and
(12:29):
career for yourself right nowand your lifestyle?
That's just one of thequestions.
Are you where you want to beand where you want to live?
Are you doing what you want todo as far as maybe outside of
your career?
Are you with the partner thatsupports and loves you?
(12:50):
Are you happy with your friendsand your family, and are you
willing to do the work tocontinue to evolve, to be the
best person that you want to be?
Remember, every moment is a newopportunity to choose something
(13:18):
that feels better and servesyou for your highest good.
So, if you look at life as agift born into this, and then
you will leave this, but there'sa space in between that.
We have, like I said, so manypossibilities and so many
opportunities, so many choicesto live.
(13:41):
You know it feels right for you.
I mean, I know what it feelsright for me, that's for sure.
And I know that I look at myemotional side and go, oh, maybe
I overreacted there, oh, maybeI did this right wrong, whatever
, and again, it's not evenalways about right or wrong, but
just right or wrong for you,and you know, then you just have
(14:04):
to just balance yourself out.
Balance is a big word right nowfor me, so if it is for you as
well, but balancing my time, balancing my well-being,
balancing my health and mywealth and in my mindset, and
balancing what I do and how I doit and the thoughts that I
(14:25):
think, and so that's justanother side.
The other question that came upto around this whole thing is
what do I want to be known for, remembered by, like my legacy?
And sometimes, when you cananswer that question, then you
actually change everything.
(14:47):
You change or maybe noteverything, but you change a few
things in your life.
To go, you know, I get, Iunderstand People don't
sometimes care because they say, once they're gone, they're gone
.
I understand that, but I lovegoing to celebrations of life or
even those that have passed inthe funeral and just when people
(15:09):
remember them, and they don'talways share the not so good
parts of our traits andcharacteristics or whatever, but
they'll focus on how they may,how they were, one person made
others feel.
And so when you, when you lookat that question, what do I want
(15:31):
to be known for?
Remembered, as it's usuallyabout how someone makes you feel
.
That's how you remember them.
You can remember them.
Yes, oh, they were a great, they had a great career, they
were great this, or they weregreat father or great brother or
sister or this or that, but howdid they make you feel you want
(15:54):
to be around those people thatmake you feel good.
You know that will support youand listen and uplift you and
all that stuff.
And that's usually your soultribe, your soul family.
And what about the legacy?
I mean a part of doing all ofthis for dynamic series, dynamic
show, which these recordingsare in kid dynamics.
(16:14):
I want this to be part of mylegacy as well, where I have
offered resources to empower, enrich and expand one's life, to
help them align with who theyare, to do what serves them, to
know that there's this energythat flows through them and how
(16:34):
are they using it while they arehere.
To end, maybe, just anotherquestion what do you consider a
value in your life?
Is it the value of yourself?
(16:55):
Do you value yourself?
Do you value other?
Do you value time?
Do you value your health?
Do you value wealth?
Do you value your mindset?
Do you value relationship?
Do you value family, friends ofit's like you get to choose so
(17:19):
many things.
You are not a victim of yourlife and I know some people may
not agree with that, but you arenot a victim of your life.
Life unfolds.
What are you doing to prepaveyour life while you are here?
(17:39):
What are you doing to Well inthis journey of life?
What are you doing?
What are you choosing?
What are you thinking?
What are you intending?
What are you consciously makingchoices about?
What are you making decisionson?
What do you like the questionasked value?
What makes you feel good?
(18:03):
So these are all things andyour deep connection to your
inner guidance.
Now, many people call itwhatever Overall.
I'm just going to call it innerguidance during this recording,
because it's what.
(18:24):
What is your connection withyour own inner guidance, your
own source, your own God, yourown whatever you believe in.
Insert here that knowing partof you, that intuition side of
you, that, that one that guidesyou, that one, that little voice
in your head, that little onethat says you know, don't do
(18:48):
this, do that, or the one thatguides you along the way.
Have that relationship withthat bigger part of you that
knows that will help along theway.
So my final thought is I'mclosing up this off the cuff
(19:08):
recording is just make the mostof your time here.
Again, I don't think it's aboutlength, I think it's about
quality, and make account forhowever long that you are here.
I feel good as much as possible, appreciate your life in all of
(19:31):
its aspects, have fun.
Look at life from the biggerpicture sometimes, instead of
the specifics that are going on.
There's a reason things arehappening.
Maybe you don't know right away, but there's definitely more
well-being and blessings thanthere is any other contrast
stuff going on, that is for sure.
(19:53):
You look at your planet, youlook at how everything is going.
I mean, we again wrote blogs anddone podcasts on even the being
grateful for the simple thingas waking up in the morning and
being able to breathe and havinganother day.
You know being eager for more, but happy right now.
