We'll discuss many rural communities' issues as urban development drives some to find a "simpler life." That tension between residual knowledge and the evolution of developments, whether commercial or residential, on the quality of life, both good and less so. The podcast's home base is in Marion County, TN, where many of our stories will stem but will make a relatable scenario across the United States and beyond. We hope to inform, entertain, and challenge the listeners to arrive at their own decisions and positions.
