During my weight loss journey of losing 140 pounds on the dirty keto or lazy keto diet (I didn’t even have a name for my way of eating back then), I had a really hard time finding appropriate resources to help me. I didn’t know where to start! I lugged home dozens of low carb cookbooks from the library about diabetic cooking hoping to try sugar-free recipes. The books were TERRIBLE. I was so disappointed. Many of the recipes had hundreds of carbs. Crazy, right? It can be stressful trying to find the help you need when you’re trying to lose weight.
