Courtney Campbell

I am so excited to share with you Courtney Campbell's story today! 

He is a true pro. Starting in his early days at the Old Spaghetti Factory and on to many other prominent concepts, he has been very successful in his career as a Hospitality Leader. Courtney brings a unique energy to his work. If you know him, have been led by him, or worked with him on any level you are not likely to forget your experience. He touches lives and cares about people in the ways that truly matter. 

In our conversation, Courtney shares his thoughts on the industry and what it takes to be a great leader. One of the cool things he shares with us is that introverts can embrace hospitality along with extroverts. How does he know? Because he's one of them. I love this as it's often thought that introverts may not be as connected to the industry, that the quieter personality type may struggle in the busy, loud industry. And yet, he is proof that this industry can work well for both types of people and both can be successful in it. 

We have dedicated this episode to Courtney's Mom, who lost her battle to cancer a few years ago. Courtney's advice is to call your Mom and tell her you love her, we never know how much time we have, so share love and kindness with those you love today.
