Satya Lila has taught sacred sexuality for 30 years. She’s led hundreds of workshops all over the US and in Japan, adding up to around 15,000 client sessions with countless people telling her that she changed their life. Workshops are not limited to couples, so solo practitioners can awaken their sexual energy as well. Satya comes from a philosophy that sex is sacred, that it is a vital force that energizes and enlivens you, and there are practices to cultivate that energy.
