Welcome to the Dissolving Fear podcast, where fear doesn't run
the show you do. And today we are talking about a
money magnet meditation for lucky living and generosity.
So if you want to attract more money into your life so that you
can feel lucky, so that you can feel free, so that you can feel
(00:22):
more generous with other people,let's dive into the meditation
today. You do not want to be driving or
walking or doing anything while you're doing this meditation.
I recommend that you do the meditation in bed when you wake
up in the morning or at night right before you fall asleep.

This meditation is deep, and it's going deep to cultivate a
deep relationship to abundance, to money, and to your own
generosity. One big benefit of meditation is
it strengthens your connection to whatever you're meditating
about. So if you're meditating about

getting guidance from Spirit, you're going to connect to
spirit. If you're meditating about self
love, you're going to connect todeeper self love.
So in this case, we are meditating about abundance and
money, and so we're going to create a deep connection in a
very relaxed way. That's the great thing about
(01:33):
meditation. It kind of taps into your
subconscious thoughts about money, and it fills your
subconscious with positive connotations to money, wealth
and abundance, positive affirmations, and all this
possibility that we might not remember to focus on.

If you practice meditation on a regular basis, you will be more
connected to positive connotations and outcomes.
And if you practice this financial meditation, you'll be
more connected to positive financial outcomes and you'll
feel less stuck because you'll start seeing opportunities to
boost the positive financial outcomes in your own life.

And sometimes when we think about money, we naturally get
sad because we think about like past mistakes with money.
And then we have negative thoughts about money because we
none of us are perfect. So if you think about money, you
might think about like that crazy hospital bill that you
didn't think you deserved. You might think about a mistake
(02:39):
you made during a divorce. A lot of times money comes up
and be money becomes an issue during a divorce.
But you can switch the negative connotation to money to a very
positive, hopeful, optimistic, futuristic connotation.
And then you start thinking about like, well, what's
possible moving forward. So this meditation is going to

wire your brain to have this positive outlook, this relaxed
outlook when it comes to money and abundance money flowing to
you. The reason that I recommend that
you don't multitask during this meditation is because it's a
hypnotic meditation and it's based off the work of Marissa
(03:24):
Pier, who I just adore and I've linked her website in this

There's a whole body of work outthere, RTT and other forms of
hypnosis and meditation that help you quickly shift your
mindset and shift your life. And it's very simple.
It's very comfortable. We're going to dive in right
now. I'll just tell you like the
weirdest part about hypnosis is just the first minute and then

it becomes super relaxing and super effective.
The first minute it feels silly because you are looking cross
eyed up between your eyebrows. So let's start by breathing in
and out, and then let your eyes drift up between your eyebrows,
(04:34):
looking up as high as you can into the middle of your
forehead. Take a few deep breaths as you
look up between your eyebrows and then relax your eyes down.
(04:55):
Let your eyelids close down all the way down, dropping your chin
down and letting your entire body relax into a looking down
sensation, almost like you're looking down over a balcony onto
a warm sandy beach. And you begin walking down some
(05:22):
steps toward the beach. 1 by 1 as you walk down, taking step 9,
dropping down, taking step 8, going deeper down to step 7,
hearing your feet travelling to step 6 and going down to an even
(05:47):
deeper level to Step 5 and 4, going deeper with every number
down to Step 3. As your muscles soften and your
mind softens, taking steps 2:00 and 1:00, dropping down and
(06:09):
letting your subconscious mind drift a little bit, drift into
your imagination and ask your imagination, what does abundance
look like to you? What do you see in front of you
(06:36):
when you breathe into a feeling of abundance?
What does it look like? What does it taste like?
Do you taste delicious fresh food?
What does abundance feel like? Are you in a cuddly soft bed
with fresh sheets? Do you see a beautiful home and
(07:02):
let your mind move you toward wealth?
It's kind of like you're surrounded by this beautiful
cocoon of wealth. Let your mind explore to you,
what does wealth taste like inside of you?
You are already familiar with the feeling of abundance.
(07:26):
The breath that you're breathing, the air is abundant,
it's all around you. You will never run out.
What does abundant smell like? Does it smell like your favorite
lotion? Does it smell like a coconut?
Like the beach? Does it smell like a fireplace
and a weekend full of relaxation?
(07:51):
What does it feel like to share your abundance?
To help somebody pay a bill? To take everyone out to dinner?
Take a deep breath. Use your imagination to
experience what it's like to have wealth and abundance
(08:12):
without any stress about where your money is coming from.
Just knowing that money can comefrom anywhere.
It comes from a variety of sources.
It comes from numerous sources, multiple streams of income.
Feeling the abundance and income.
Feeling secure, bountiful. Feeling at ease, Feeling like
(08:36):
you have streams of income to last a lifetime and plenty of
money to share. Stay in this feeling of
abundance. You don't even know when your
next big check is coming, but you know it's coming.
It's coming from a variety of sources and the income is
familiar to you. It is just the way it is.
(09:00):
It the money is just coming and then you use it to help others
pay their bills. Buy a car to help others feel
more free. What are you doing with your
freedom and abundance in your imagination?
(09:22):
How are you spending your free time?
What are you eating? Are you drinking fresh lemonade?
Are you cooking? Are you taking the time to cook?
Are you eating a steak? What does your abundance taste
like and how do you sound? As you put your chin up and move
(09:49):
through the world with confidence and success and
wealth, how do you sound? Your voice is strong and steady.
Your words are clear and calm. You don't have to over explain
(10:10):
yourself. You keep it simple.
You're steady and secure. Your life is steady and secure
and abundant. You are abundant.
It can actually feel very relaxing to be abundant, to know
(10:35):
a lot of your worries have dissolved.
Income comes from a variety of sources and you can be generous
with your income and you can sayout loud some I am statements
because whatever comes after I am you are.
I am worthy of wealth. Say it out loud now.
(11:03):
I am worthy of wealth. I am creative.
I am independent. I am free.
Whatever comes up for you, say it out loud now.
(11:27):
I am helpful. I am a good provider.
I am fun. I am a magnet to money.
I am a person who attracts money.
I am a person who shares wealth.I am a person who manifests
wealth. Who are you and how do you feel?
(11:50):
Settle into the feeling of beinga person who is abundant.
One more time. Say it.
I am abundant and know that how you feel right now is real.
You have a real ability to attract abundance from a variety
(12:14):
of sources. You have a true ability to live
a lucky life and be generous andwealthy.
Let this a wealth and abundance be real to you.
Wealth is familiar to you. It is natural for you.

You are naturally connected to abundance.
It is who you are. Take a deep breath.
You have air and fresh water at your disposal and you have so
much creativity and resourcefulness in your life
right now. It is who you are.
You're connected to creativity. You're connected to resources

and resourcefulness, you're connected to wealth and
abundance, and you carry it intoyour day, and you carry this
connection into your evening. And if you're playing this audio

before bed, you can simply end the meditation and drift into a
deep sleep, a deep, restorative,abundant sleep.
