Jennifer Bennett is working late at Core Business Magazine on a Saturday, determined to end her tenure with the publication by delivering the strongest story of her career. While scanning news feeds for leads, she comes across an FBI media release related to the Walter Jenkins case. Her initial excitement turns to shock when she reads that Anthony Russell has been arrested. The revelation overwhelms her, and she collapses at her desk, prompting Neil and several staff members to rush to her aid. Disoriented and nauseous, Jennifer slowly regains consciousness and is assisted to the restroom as concern spreads among the staff.

Paramedics are called and conduct a brief examination, ultimately attributing the incident to a fainting spell, though they advise Jennifer to follow up with her doctor. Once the office returns to normal, Jennifer shows the media release to Neil, both of them stunned by the accusation against Tony. Convinced there is no possibility he could be involved in Jenkins’s disappearance, Jennifer immediately contacts Javon Morris, demanding an explanation.
