Speaker 1 (00:01):
You are listening to the Double A Club and this is
your host, ny Boom, and myco-host, big Daz.
We'll be talking about trendingtopics in healthcare and
basically, just as a disclaimerjust to let the listeners know
that this is just basically onour opinions and speculations

(00:24):
and I hope you guys enjoy theshow.
Let's start off and kick offwith our first topic.

Speaker 2 (00:33):
Yo, yo, yo, yo, yo Yo , what's up, what's up.

Speaker 3 (00:37):
How's it going?
Very good, very good.
I'm here drinking my coffee.
I know you're probably theredrinking yours.
No, I'm still making minecoffee.
I know you're probably theredrinking yours, I'm still making
mine.
Oh, you are.
Yeah, you know I read thisarticle that, um, they use

(00:58):
they're starting to use coffeegrounds to strengthen the
hardness of concrete.

Speaker 2 (01:04):
Oh, wow.

Speaker 3 (01:06):
Yeah, it was super interesting.
I was like, wow, they just, youknow, they're creating or
figuring out ways to hardenconcrete and they found out that
coffee grounds not coffee beans, coffee grounds strengthens it
up Now you know I'm going to andstrengthens it up now you know
I'm gonna read more into it togive you more information.

Speaker 2 (01:28):
But yeah, that's just something I just saw with
coffee and I mean, I've usedcoffee for the other thing I
know I'm just coffee for, besides making coffee is I use
it for, like my swing train.
You like when you done you likemy sink drain.
You're like when you done yoursink, my sink drain.
Oh, like, let's say, let's sayyou don't have coffee, you use

(01:53):
the major coffee, take yourcoffee grain and you dump it
into the sink and drain and letit sit in there and it makes it
clear, it clears it out, actually, really.
Yeah, it clears it out, actually, really.
Yeah, it clears it out, becauseonce you wash it down, once you
use the sink, it takes whateverit grabs and grabs it with it

(02:16):
and it goes down.

Speaker 3 (02:18):
Because if you have a dispenser, coffee grounds is
not good for you Because itclogs up the motor Um a
dispenser coffee grounds is notgood for you.

Speaker 2 (02:34):
Because it clogs up the motor and it'll stop the
dispenser from working Adispenser, what do you mean?

Speaker 3 (02:37):
a dispenser?
What kind of, you know, like afood dispenser, like some things
have food dispensers you know, like where you put food and the
dispenser would just eat up allthat food and just shove it down
.
Yeah, you can't do coffee, coffee grounds on that, because
it gets stuck in the gears andit won't allow them up yeah, but

(02:59):
I'm in new york.
I don't have that, so I'm justsaying I'm in, I'm in sparta, I
have one, I'm talking aboutfucking over here where we don't
have that.

Speaker 2 (03:05):
I'm just saying I'm in Florida, I have one.
I'm talking about fucking overhere where we don't get those
luxury things over here.

Speaker 3 (03:13):
Actually I got you.
I also seen a thing where youput baking soda down your drain
and then add vinegar to it andthen close the drain.
It pushes everything out, because I guess it does like an
explosive reaction the vinegarand the baking soda and it
pushes everything down.
It literally flushes your drainout ok but yes.

(03:39):
But you know, since I've beendrinking coffee, I don't drink
Gustelo anymore.

Speaker 2 (03:45):
You'd be surprised, I know wow, you used to fight for
Gustelo yeah, I don't drink itanymore.

Speaker 3 (03:53):
I found out through research.
It's really not that strong ofa coffee and it's not that good
and it's quite muddy, muddy.
Yeah, it's like it's like, it'slike it's muddy.
It doesn't let the water runthrough Very well To get that,

(04:19):
that great coffee taste.
You know what I'm saying?
Okay, I gotcha run through verywell to get that great coffee
taste.

Speaker 2 (04:23):
Okay, I got you.

Speaker 3 (04:25):
A lot of people like to grind their coffee beans but
it's already grinded, but it'stoo grinded, it's too molida, it
binds very well and it doesn'tallow the water to go through as
easily as other coffee groundswould.

(04:46):
So I don't buy it anymorebecause of that.
And I noticed that it makes thecoffee very muddy.
It comes out like mud almost ina way.
It's a lot thicker than itshould be.
Got like mud, almost in a wayit's a lot thicker than it
should be.
And also, you know, everybodyhas this misconception that
Bustelo's strong as coffee andit's not.

Speaker 2 (05:10):
Well, I thought it was stronger than fucking
American coffee.

Speaker 3 (05:13):
No, it's not.

Speaker 2 (05:15):
It's not stronger than American coffee.

Speaker 3 (05:18):
No, it's not, it depends.
Here's the thing.
American coffee no, it's not,it depends.
Here's the thing it depends.
It depends on the ropes.

Speaker 2 (05:24):
See, boost ello is a medium roast off Right but I
mean dark blue All right, butI'm sorry.

Speaker 3 (05:33):
It's in the middle, so it's caffeine per milligrams
is not that high.
If you get an American coffeethat's medium roast, it's the
same thing as Bustelo you know Ihave.
I get American-grown coffee.
I usually get like this coffeecompany called black rifle, or I

(05:54):
get um I'll get like eighto'clock which has a dark roast,
and those are stronger thanboost animal okay, so dark roast
is stronger dark roast is waystronger.
And and then the other thing isa lot of people when they make
their coffee like, say, forexample, you're making it on a
coffee is a lot of people.
When they make their coffeelike, say, for example, you're

(06:14):
making it on a coffee machine oreverything a lot of people put
way too much water in coffeegrounds.
You really should be puttingtwo, wait, three teaspoons.
Three teaspoons, nottablespoons, three teaspoons for
every two ounces of water.
Okay, what is that?

(06:39):
Like half a cup?
Yeah, literally like half a cup.
We got three scoops for a halfa cup, but you're gonna do one
whole American cup of six ounces.
You need six, six, six scoopsof coffee and it has to be
exactly six ounces of water thatyou put in through it, because
if you put six ounces of water, what you get in the coffee is

(07:03):
not going to be six ounces.
It might be four and a half, maybe close to five Okay.
That's how you get strong coffee.

Speaker 2 (07:12):
Mmm, good to know.
And then here's the last thingI like to you get strong coffee
Mmm, good to know.

Speaker 3 (07:14):
And then here's the last thing I like to do with my
coffee.
I add a sprinkle of salt.

Speaker 2 (07:21):
Salt.

Speaker 3 (07:22):
Yes, and what I mean by a sprinkle is I literally add
only like four to six crystals.
I don't do anything more thanthat.
It's literally like you don'teven see the salt.

Speaker 2 (07:34):
Oh, wow.

Speaker 3 (07:35):
You put it in there I'm missing.
You mix it in with your coffee, with the, with the sugar and
cream and everything.
What it does is that itEnhances the flavors inside the
coffee, so you get a bettercoffee experience a better
coffee experience that I couldactually see, because to me
that's what salt is.

Speaker 2 (07:56):
To me, salt is an enhancer to flavor.

Speaker 3 (08:00):
Yes, it is.
That's why I say don't put toomuch coffee.
You just want to put fourgrains, four or five grains
inside the coffee.

Speaker 2 (08:10):
You mean salt?

Speaker 3 (08:12):
The grains.
You're not salt.
You're not salt in.
Soften it up like you wouldlike a meat or something you
just yeah it's like three, fouror five crystals.
So listen there, I'll pop uplike that and that's it.
We'll need no more.
You know it should.
It shouldn't even be like itshould be like.

(08:32):
It should be like a microteaspoon.

Speaker 2 (08:37):
I got you.
Yeah, I get it.

Speaker 3 (08:40):
Yeah, very little and just enough.
That gives you a different cost.
And also you could do that withalcohol, for example.
You're drinking rum, bourbon,do the same thing.
A little dash of salt, bro.
That shit elevates the alcohol.

Speaker 2 (09:03):
I'm gonna actually try that.

Speaker 3 (09:05):
Yeah, try it, try it.
What's your coffee, sinceyou're making it Right now.
I'm drinking that Death Wish.

Speaker 2 (09:11):
Yeah, well, you know I don't drink coffee.
I drink coffee for the way itmakes my stomach feel.

Speaker 3 (09:18):
Oh, that's good, because I mean sometimes I drink
coffee because I like the wayit makes my stomach feel too,
especially when I go.

Speaker 2 (09:26):
Well, actually it doesn't make me go anymore, like
it just settles me, like it,like I really drink, because I
drink decaf, I don't drinkregular coffee.

Speaker 3 (09:34):
Oh, okay, so then that's fine.
Then all this strong coffeethat I've been talking about
doesn't apply to you, becauseyou drink that fucking water
shit.

Speaker 2 (09:42):
Okay, strong coffee that I've been talking about
doesn't apply to you because youdrink that fucking water shit.
Okay, fuck you.
I got high blood pressure.

Speaker 3 (09:49):
I can't fucking drink regular coffee like y'all
motherfuckers.
I'll give you all these fuckingsecrets and you're fucking
decaffeinated.
Okay, fine, but try withdecaffeinated.
It might help with the flavor.
You know what?

Speaker 2 (09:59):
I'm saying yeah, that's all you were saying,
that's all you were talkingabout.
Yeah, I know I'm fucking withyou.
I know, I know I wish I coulddrink regular coffee.
That's just fucking pissing meoff, man.
Nah, nah I can't get rid of theflavor of coffee, so I drink
decaf.

Speaker 3 (10:16):
You don't need regular coffee.
To be honest with you, there'stoo many people who are addicted
to the coffee.
They become addicted to coffeeand they get headaches and stuff
like that and they have todrink coffee.
No, that was me that was me and.

Speaker 2 (10:29):
I wasn't getting the headache because I'm sorry.
I wasn't getting the headachebecause, fucking, I needed the
coffee.
I was getting the headachebecause my blood pressure was
retarded.
Oh, okay, and that's from thecoffee, right, yeah, coffee was
one of the main reasons I didthat to me because I was
drinking so much of it, Like Idrink a lot of coffee.

Speaker 3 (10:54):
Oh, that's different.
I don't drink that much coffee.

Speaker 2 (10:58):
I drink one cup a day and that's it, I'm done.
Nah, I can drink two, threebars a day.

Speaker 3 (11:05):
Nah, I can do that with my alcohol, but not with
coffee.

Speaker 2 (11:08):
Nah, I drink coffee like that.
That's why.
That's why I also started,because I caught a stroke.
So I was like, yeah, I can't dothat no more, so I drink decaf.
Yes, I drink decaf for healthreasons.

Speaker 3 (11:21):
Hey, listen, I did look up some research for
healthier coffee because I wasinterested in it.
We're going to talk about that.
Maybe you'll get something outof that where they'll help you
with your coffee taste so itdoesn't affect you health-wise.
Yeah, that'd be great yourcoffee's taste, so it doesn't

(11:41):
affect you health-wise Okay.

Speaker 2 (11:43):
Yeah, that'd be great .
