Nick Church is an experienced industrial relations practitioner with over 25 years in advisory and advocacy roles, holding a Master's in Work and Employment Relations. He has worked with both employers and trade unions across various industries, advocating a professional, pragmatic, and ethical approach. From 2007 to 2010, he was the Industrial Relations Advisor for Kindergarten Parents Victoria, playing a key role in negotiating the first sector-wide enterprise agreement. Since 2019, he has supported the Early Learning Association Australia (ELAA) in VECTEA negotiations and complex industrial matters. In 2021, he founded EC Workplace, specializing in industrial relations for the not-for-profit early childhood sector in partnership with ELAA.
