Burnout is a word that most women have probably experienced at some point in their life.   We exhaust ourselves in trying to exist in a world with unrealistic expectations and pressures of societal norms of what a woman should and shouldn't do, especially a modern mama. We need to understand that stressors are part of life; most of us struggle to break a stress cycle. To beat burnout, we need to understand precisely the difference between Stress/Stressors that causes it. Most times, people associate stress with emotions' Im tired', Im annoyed, Im overwhelmed"  Those are feeling Stressors  Stressors are activated in response to stress, So then what is stress?
