Sturt (00:00):
The future is so bright
when it comes to this industry.
(00:03):
And, you know, I see water morenot as a commodity, but as a
programmable material. We knowthat water changes its structure
under different lightingconditions. It can become
healing in under differentconditions. It can be
structured.
It can be self sanitizing. Youcan create out of thin air
something that's nutrient dense.I mean, they're using it for in
research to get rid of amyloidplaque, you know, for
(00:24):
Alzheimer's and things like thattoo at the moment. So
Michael Scalar (00:27):
That's
fascinating.
Sturt (00:28):
Is fascinating. It really
water
Michael Scalar (00:29):
and get well.
Alright. You're tuned in to
Everything's Energy where we aregoing to have a conversation
about one of the most profoundthings on the planet, something
you can't live without next tothe other thing you can't live
without. So number one is air.We have to breathe.
Number two is water. You canonly survive for three days,
maybe four days without water. It's one of the most important
things that you put in yourbody, hopefully, daily. And
(00:52):
we're not hydration is verydifferent from, consuming
liquids. So we have Sturt Hintonhere, a founder of Frequency h
two o, a fascinating water we'regonna get discuss.
But first, I wanna discusswhat's wrong with water in
modern society today. What doyou think?
Sturt (01:10):
Thank you so much for
having me on. Absolutely. Well,
it depends what you're talkingabout. Are talking about bottled
water or municipality water?
Michael Scalar (01:17):
Let's start with
bottled.
Sturt (01:18):
Bottled water, it's just
bulk dead water. You know, the
industry has been going forpurity and not for hydration.
It's well established now thatthe minerals or the total
dissolved solids in water areactually what hydrate you, and
the water is a medium to dothat. So it's a shift in mindset
(01:40):
from purified water to actuallysomething that's more of it's
mineral dense and hasnutritional value.
Michael Scalar (01:47):
Right. So we
kind of want like the biohacking
version of water versus thestuff coming out of your tap.
Sturt (01:52):
Yeah that's right. And
beyond that it's you know water
exists in different states. Soyou know biological water being
you know the easy water which isyour internal water. And then
you know structured water andyou know bulk water you know,
ice, vapour,
Michael Scalar (02:09):
all sorts into
things. The fancy waters
Sturt (02:11):
Yes.
Michael Scalar (02:11):
Let's talk about
so bottled water has some
problems and then you're talkingabout municipal. So the stuff
coming out of tap, like, let'sexplain to people out there that
are drinking tap water exactlywhy they
Sturt (02:20):
should stop. Okay. Well,
it's dead water for a start.
It's not being when you we'reused to living in nature in as a
species Mhmm. In naturalenvironments where water,
tumbles over springs or eruptsout of the ground or comes from
a waterfall.
When water twists in a vortex, okay, something quite magical
happens. It pulls in oxygen fromthe environment so it becomes
(02:42):
oxygen rich and it has acohesion to it, you know, and
the water the molecules line upin a structured format. The it
becomes the surface tensionbecomes less, so it actually
becomes wetter. Wetter water. Welike water.
We do like wetter. Wetter water. And so it becomes easier for
(03:06):
your cells to hydrateparticularly if it has mineral
content in it.
Michael Scalar (03:12):
Yeah I think
that's the most important thing
that gets often overlooked. Wehave a lot of people out there
drinking the municipal water forone which isn't always just
water. One of the biggestproblems we're facing with
municipal water, tap water, isactually the fact that the way
they're they're recycling thewater. So when you shit and piss
and flush your toilet, take ashower, that all goes into
(03:33):
reclamation. Reclamation thenhas to try and filter out stuff
and provide something somewhatclean.
Yeah. Which tends to have littleparticulates of toilet paper.
And the worst part, you haveyour PFAS, your microplastics,
and then your pharmaceuticals.Hey, and stereo. Yeah.
So tell us about that, how badthat is.
Sturt (03:50):
Oh, it's shocking. Know?
And plus they're putting in
fluoride and chlorine and, youknow, it's just blocking your
ability to hydrate.
Michael Scalar (04:00):
You know? You're
You're you're actually ingesting
You're ingesting garbage
Sturt (04:04):
Yeah. You know, at a
cellular level, you know. So not
only are your cells you might beyou can drink liters and liters,
but it's not gonna hydrate you.
Michael Scalar (04:11):
Well, and then
on top of that, now you've got
possibly macro, micro, ormassive doses of birth control
Sturt (04:18):
Yes.
Michael Scalar (04:18):
Hormonal pills
Yes. Antidepressants Yes. All
the different things that peopleare ingesting, shitting, and
pissing out into the municipal
Sturt (04:26):
Yes.
Michael Scalar (04:27):
It that that
doesn't filter out.
Sturt (04:28):
The pharmaceuticals are
the hardest ones to get out of
the water.
Michael Scalar (04:32):
Yep.
Sturt (04:33):
You know, we were talking
off air before about new
technologies, you know, comingto market that can eliminate
them. Mhmm. And the future is,you know, really bright
actually, you know, for the forthe water industry, water
purity, this next generationwater purification activation
technologies.
Michael Scalar (04:48):
Mhmm.
Sturt (04:49):
It's really quite amazing
actually.
Michael Scalar (04:51):
I'm excited for
that. Unfortunately, governments
move very slow. I've got onefriend with a water company in.
Said the amount of red tape tobring things into states,
especially states likeCalifornia that have the most
red tape, it's off the charts.Like when it comes to water,
it's just an infinite sea of redtape, yet they have water
issues.
It's like, okay, well they haveall these water issues and I can
solve them, but I have to jumpthrough years of red tape to
(05:15):
help them solve an imminentproblem. It's completely
illogical. Now you said someit's really fascinating too. I
wanna spin back too as as you'resaying spring water is things
going creating oxygenation. Lotof people don't realize that
when you have spring water it'sor river water things like this,
as it's hitting all these rocksand the farther it falls, it
actually knocks a lot of thetoxins out and things like that.
And it leaves its own naturalfiltering process which I find
(05:37):
fascinating. And then it'shitting all these Minerals. And
that that you're getting yourmineral content. So spring water
is is a really great source ofgood quality water.
Unfortunately, we're running outof ways to do that.
We modern society growing atpast pace. Totally. We've gotta
figure out how to fix that. Ithink you actually have done
some of that with your water.Yeah.
(05:58):
So how do you do that in infrequency h two o? How do we
Sturt (06:02):
what was this? Sorry. The
minerals. Oh, this particular
product has been voted the besttasting water in the world.
Yeah.
And this is this is a naturallyoccurring mineral water that's
been structured at the frequencyof love. This one here. And when
we're launching here, we'relaunching here in North America,
it seemed really important forme for this brand or this
(06:23):
platform. See it started off asa beverage brand, know, but now
it's becoming a platform fornext generation water
technologies. So it's importantfor me as an entrepreneur in a
water space to be as sustainableas possible.
And I don't believe in takingfrom the aquifers to be we need
(06:43):
to replenish those. So we needto find ways to be able to
create you know, betterhydrating, more nutrient dense,
highly structured, energisedwater in different formats for
people. And that's what we'redoing here in The United States.
You know, we're putting togetherformulations and structuring
water to for optimum cellularhydration.
Michael Scalar (07:05):
Okay. So in in
Australia, you've got an actual
mineral water source. Spring.Yes. Spring.
Okay. That's awesome. And sowhen you're moving to America,
are you gonna be able toreplicate that?
Sturt (07:15):
Yeah. We we can actually.
We're combining different sorts
of purification activationtechnologies, you know, plasma,
vortex structuring, mineralblueprinting, you know, to not
just create a water that, youknow, is like a spring water,
but to exceed, you know, thequality of that. You know? It's
I'm on a mission to create thebest water in the world.
Michael Scalar (07:34):
Well, amen.
Let's let's talk more about the
science. You mentioned vortex. So let's start with vortex,
define vortex for the layman outthere that would be like, well,
he just said this word, whatdoes it mean?
Sturt (07:44):
Yeah, so vortex is
basically the spinning of the
water. Mhmm. And when it's inspin, you know, it pulls oxygen
from the local environment andit also too makes the water
cohesive, know. It makes all thedifferent molecules line up so
it's easier for hydration, forcellular hydration. The surface
(08:06):
tension becomes more relaxed soit becomes wetter.
It's proven that nih.gov if yougo to their website and you look
up structured water it will havemany reports on how structured
water benefits the carcass massof animals, you know, more milk
on cows, I think up to 30 ormore plant growth. So there's
(08:32):
huge implications for the world, structured water. Also too for
water remediation. Yeah. Yeah.
It's not just about bottledwater or home water, it's about
fixing the earth.
Michael Scalar (08:46):
Yeah. And for
the the layman out there, I'd
add when you're lookingstructured water, you have a
water molecule. We'll say it'sThis big. Then when it goes
through structuring, water theythey clump together. So they
structuring is they becomesmaller and that it could be
down to nano, the differencetechnologies have a different
size.
(09:06):
But the smaller you get thewater clusters Mhmm. The more
hydration you're gonna get. Soif you ever drunken water and
and you're like, oh, I feel sofull after that, you're not
drinking structured water, you're drinking huge water
clumps.
Sturt (09:17):
Yes.
Michael Scalar (09:18):
And so when you
have structured water, you'll
drink the whole thing, andyou'll feel a little more
refreshed and hydrated and notfull.
Sturt (09:23):
Yes. Yeah. Yes,
absolutely.
Michael Scalar (09:25):
So that's the
importance of structured water
for flamens out there. And thenyou mentioned plasma. So I mean
that sounds exciting. Let'slet's dive into that.
Sturt (09:32):
Yeah, absolutely. So
plasma is the future, you know,
of industry in the world. Youknow, it's going to
revolutionize health care,agriculture, you know,
decentralized water supply.Nearly every our computing, you
know, every industry is going tobe touched by plasma. And it's
(09:53):
the full state of matter.
99 of the entire universe isplasma. Fire is plasma, sun is
plasma. You know, our body,we've got a fascia, which they
say is plasma as well. Yeah, that's true. Plasma is ionized
air.
So it's low heat ionised air.And when it comes into contact
(10:14):
with water something reallymagical happens and we can't
explain why at this point intime. But it restructures the
water at a molecular level andalso too it it disarms any any
chemical compound that's in itlike PFAS or pharmaceuticals not
requiring purification.
Michael Scalar (10:34):
I actually have
a little bit of an insight into
that because I I dive into thescience type of of things. So
when you let's let's look at itin a three d model because
plasma does kind of fall intoquantum state in in a lot of
sciences. So if you were to takewater and you were to hit it
with a bolt of lightning, thatlightning would go through every
aspect of all the the molecules, the structures
Sturt (10:56):
Yes.
Michael Scalar (10:56):
And it would
break them all apart.
Sturt (10:57):
Yes.
Michael Scalar (10:58):
Some of them
will come back together, but
when you break all these thesewater molecules apart, what's
gonna fall out is your PFAS.Yes. What's gonna fall out is
the structure. And water hasmemory. So when you can
completely destroy somethingback to its original design or
molecule.
So we're now down to the clumpof molecule holding onto a bunch
of other things, gettingobliterated, you've now
(11:21):
restructured the originalblueprint because that that
clump is actually the storage ofa lot of knowledge, a lot
Sturt (11:26):
of Yes.
Michael Scalar (11:26):
Information, a
lot of contaminants that you
really don't want in it. So youyou've struck it with lightning.
Yep. Now it's blown to all itsorigin. Now, obviously, water
and different different thingshave different weights.
So what I've seen in some of thescience I've privy to is, then
the PFAS things like that fallout Mhmm. And can be collected,
(11:47):
and then the water, the actualpure water and the structure of
the water goes to an outputwhich can be bottled or or
reused or reclimated. So it'sthat that's my scientific I I
try to take things that arecomplicated and make them seem a
little more understandable. Sohopefully,
Sturt (12:02):
they did
Michael Scalar (12:02):
good job.
Sturt (12:02):
Yeah. Absolutely. And
some things also too to add with
that is that you get thesenitrogen and oxygen species that
just erupt in the water whenthat lightning hits the water.
And that nitrogen and oxygen isfertilizer for the earth. And so
when it comes to agriculture, itreduces inputs on farming and
(12:25):
greenhouses.
Also too, it's antimicrobial andantibacterial depending on how
fast how far the dial you wannaput up. So we're talking in
hospital settings orrevolutionizing public
sanitation, you know, where youcan wash your hands without soap
and they're completely clean. You know, at the moment they're
pouring chlorine into publictoilets, no need for that. Know?
Michael Scalar (12:45):
That's true.
When you, create an alkaline
water, the by byproduct isactually acid. You can actually
use that for disinfecting.
Sturt (12:52):
Well you can. Yeah. You
can. This is next level, you
know, type of, processing, youknow, that, you know, also to
mold, gets rid of that. So, youknow, if we're talking, you
know, fogging, you know, withplasma activated water, you
know, delivering nutrientdirectly to plants in
(13:14):
greenhouses through the air.
Michael Scalar (13:16):
I mean, that's a
fast I mean, they kinda came up
with a similar concept. I thinkthey're using more chemical side
of it, but in cruise shipsduring COVID, they were trying
to sterilize them using foggingmethods throughout the the air
system. So things like that
Sturt (13:27):
Yes.
Michael Scalar (13:28):
Could be
extremely beneficial in just
basic sanitation. Not not notsaying we're we we can fight a
pandemic this way, but maybe wecould help. Yeah. Totally. But
that that kind of concept comesinto play the way you're
explaining it too is verybeneficial because the byproduct
wouldn't be it wouldn't have anegative effect on the human
health.
Would just simply be certaintypes of, I wouldn't say air,
(13:49):
but it would be instead of usingchemicals, you'd have something
that the body would be like, oh,this is fine.
Sturt (13:53):
Yes. So with, you know,
if you think about a gym for
example, like, you know, jujitsugym, jujitsu. Yeah. You know,
where people are sweating, youknow, there's all sorts of nasty
bugs everywhere, you know. Youknow, it might get mopped, you
know, twice a day with chlorine, know.
But that's just pushing aroundthings, know. So but what, for
example, in that situation, whata plasma activated water mist
(14:15):
could do in the future would, you know, get to every nook and
cranny, you know, and kill allthat harmful bacteria.
Michael Scalar (14:21):
Yeah. Every
every gym needs that. I remember
watching this documentary wherethey went and swabbed different
equipment in a gym and theamount of feces and
Sturt (14:27):
Yes.
Michael Scalar (14:27):
Urine that they
found on everything was off the
charts on top of some bacteriaand viral. Was like, oh no. I
mean the world would be meanthere's a push and pull there
because in some ways lightbacteria and contaminant helps
build our immune system becauseit's like going to the gym for
our body like okay, gotta staystrong, keeps working. Mhmm. The
flip side though is, you know, you get a viral load that you
might might have a foreverfriend that you don't want.
(14:51):
So having sanitary conditionsand where you're working out and
sweat is probably probably agood thing. If But we can do it
in through through ways that arejust water and plasma, that'd be
miraculous. So you just have alittle mystery and getting a
little hydration with somecleanliness.
Sturt (15:04):
Absolutely. You know, and
the, you know, the future is so
bright, you know, when it comesto this industry. And, you know,
I see water more not as acommodity, you know, but as a
programmable material.
Michael Scalar (15:16):
Yeah. Indeed.
Sturt (15:17):
You know, we know that
water changes its structure
under different lightingconditions. We can we can you
you know, it can become healing, you know, in under, you know,
different conditions. It can bestructured. You know, it can be
self sanitizing. It can be, youknow, you can create out of thin
air, you know, something that'snutrient dense.
I mean, they're using it for, inresearch to get rid of amyloid
(15:41):
plaque, know, for Alzheimer'sand things like that too at the
moment.
Michael Scalar (15:44):
That's
fascinating.
Sturt (15:45):
It is fascinating. It
Michael Scalar (15:46):
really water and
get well.
Sturt (15:48):
That's right. That's
right. You know? So it's quite
remarkable, know? And then whenyou you know, the the pioneering
of, you know, Scalar technology, you know, perhaps potentially
combining that with water.
You know? There's quantumtechnology as well, you know,
combining that with water.
Michael Scalar (16:06):
You know? We've
we've done a lot of had a lot of
water scientists and evenchemical scientists look at just
putting water in our technologyand reduce surface tension so
you have more absorbabsorbability. One guy had done
it with a cleaning product, andhe said it made his cleaning
product more efficient. Someoneelse had brought in some sort of
ceramic material that they wereputting on cars, and these
(16:29):
chemicals were restructuring, sothey actually needed less of the
material to do the same job, which fascinating.
Sturt (16:35):
Absolutely fascinating.
Michael Scalar (16:37):
Yeah. So I wanna
I think we've talked a good bit
about the science. Like, what'syour origin story though? How
did you get involved in creatingthis fascinating water company?
Sturt (16:46):
I am really, obviously,
really passionate about water.
Michael Scalar (16:48):
I love water.
Sturt (16:49):
Yeah. Yeah. I love water.
You know? Absolutely.
I just I I'm just for me, it wasa no brainer. You know? Water
is, you know, God to me. Or, youknow, I trust in the infinite
intelligence of water, and Ialways have. And, you know, I
was aware of the benefits ofstructured water and, you know,
being the increased carcass massin animals and the, you know,
(17:10):
yield crops, you know, and alsoto the taste, know, you of
structured water was improved aswell.
So I thought that, you know, Icould combine, you know, my
passions of water and, you know, bit of science and art, you
know, and I thought that I couldcombine those to create the best
water in the world. You know? So, you know, I was on this
mission about how I can use myskills and talents to help more
(17:32):
people and be a better greatervalue and service. So I was on a
I was on a real journey of selfdiscovery about, you know, what
I can do. You know?
Michael Scalar (17:39):
And Did you go
to like the water holy sites? So
like Niagara Falls and Fiji.Sounds funny to put it that way,
but like what what what was
Sturt (17:48):
your That sounds like
something, know, that I would
like to do in the future. Allthose amazing, you know, holy
water sites.
Michael Scalar (17:54):
Yeah. Holy water
Sturt (17:55):
sites. You know, which is
actually Is that a thing in your
community? Well, in thecommunity.
Michael Scalar (17:59):
Yeah. Is there
like a are there holy water
sites?
Sturt (18:01):
Well, there's definitely
healing waters. You know? And it
all depends on the minimalcomposition and the structuring
of the water and the energeticand that can be replicated.
Michael Scalar (18:10):
Like hot springs
and things like that have a
Sturt (18:12):
Yeah, different
absolutely. Basically it's
Michael Scalar (18:14):
just the mineral
content really.
Sturt (18:15):
Yeah and also to the
delivery system. You know? It's
not just about the minerals,it's how it's delivered. And
that was what this this is.Know, I I was you know
constantly looking for the bestwater to drink.
And so frequency H2O was a nobrainer. Know, I knew that. I
felt that I could you know, combine, you know, structured
water with sound and lightfrequencies as sort of like a
(18:38):
capping. The the frequencyinfusion is a is a capping to
marketing structured water.Mhmm.
So you could structure water atthe frequency of love, or you
could structure it with, youknow, the frequency of the moon
or joy, or, you know, you couldgive it light therapy and you
could structure it at thefrequency of a rainbow. But it's
all structured water and it'sall, like, playful fun, but, you
know, optimized structuredmineral water.
Michael Scalar (19:00):
That's
fascinating. So what are what
are the next steps for makingyour water even better? Even
better? Or are you there?
Sturt (19:09):
No. Def no. No.
Michael Scalar (19:11):
As an artist and
it's never perfect.
Sturt (19:13):
It's never. No. It's
absolutely. It's always chasing
optimum. You know, it's not justabout what's in the bottle, it's
also to when it comes tohydration, you know, it's about,
you know, how our own health, you know, how you know, we've
got these little, like, plumbing, you know, in our cells
that allows water to zip intothem.
You know? And over time, theybuild up, you know, excess junk
(19:35):
and proteins and things likethat through, you know, our diet
and lifestyle and other shittywater we drink. Excuse the
French.
Michael Scalar (19:41):
Yeah. Not all
water is equal. Yeah.
Sturt (19:46):
And we can improve, you
know, infrared light is proven
to to to help, you know, thosechannels Mhmm. You know, and
your ability to hydrate andexercise, you know, maintaining
a healthy fascia. So it's acombination of things. It's the
water it's the minerals in thewater you drink, it's the
delivery system of the water, and it's your own personal, you
(20:07):
know, holistic health. You know, making sure that you get good
sunshine, making sure that youknow you have good sleep
patterns.
Michael Scalar (20:13):
Absolutely.
Sturt (20:14):
You know, these are
essential for hydration.
Michael Scalar (20:17):
So in your
journey of water, did you have
any influences like scientists, people that you work with that
were massive contributors toyour philosophy that made you
who you are in your water theway it
Sturt (20:32):
is. Yeah. Definitely
Emoto Mazuro from Japan. Yeah.
Michael Scalar (20:35):
Yeah. Met him at
one point. Yes. Fascinating guy.
Sturt (20:38):
Oh, incredible. And, you
know, I feel really blessed and
privileged. His son, Hiro, youknow, is, coming on board, you
know, as an advisor andadvocate, you know, for
Frequency H2O. I'm, you know,building up a beautiful global
team of supporters, with thebrand. But he that that his
father was amazing inspiration.
(20:59):
Doctor Gerald Pollock, you know, the from the University of
Washington who discovered thefourth phase of water known as
EZ Water. He was definitely, inspiring. And I was inspired by
quantum physics and, you know, quantum science as well. So
there's a few people in a simHaramin and, yeah, a few people,
(21:19):
you know.
Michael Scalar (21:19):
What what's your
thoughts on, it's it's a trippy
water. Deuterium depleted water.
Sturt (21:24):
Well, you know, I haven't
actually done a deep dive, but
apparently it's very good foryou. You know, you know, it's it
can apparently it can removetoxins and things. I have not
done a deep dive on that and Ireally need to.
Michael Scalar (21:37):
Yeah. Robert
Slovak, it's fascinating. Was I
was talking with one of my waterscientists too and he's like, I
think I can figure out how to dothat because it's a very
expensive process. First, theywere finding areas where it was
deuterium depleted. It's mostlyvery old frozen water and now
they've they've come up withtechnologies that are basically
quantum technologies, and theycan deplete deuterium.
It's it's fascinating. I Iordered like a couple of cases
(21:59):
of it to see if I noticed anydifference. The water tasted
okay. I didn't I don't have anymajor problems, so maybe that's
the problem with me in in ABtesting it. But I I find the
science fascinating.
I just I like to ask otherpeople in the community like
what their thoughts are on it. II just thought it tasted like
good water.
Sturt (22:13):
Yeah. Absolutely. You
know, you know, water is, you
know, it can be it can tastereally nasty. Know, lot of
people don't drink light waterbecause they don't like the
taste of it. You know?
And structured water reallyimproves the quality of the
taste. It neutralizes theflavor. You know, if you have
heavy mineral content, canneutralize that heavy mineral
flavor and make it lighter and,you know, more pleasant to
(22:35):
drink.
Michael Scalar (22:36):
No. I I agree.
My my my first job actually was
with a guy named Merlin Yokstik.I was 16. I was bottling water
for his company.
He's one of the first, like, companies in The US that I I
know of to do alkaline alkalinewater water and and structured
structured water. So I learned alot. He was it was basically
early early days. I think hewent on to sell his his
technology to Essentia.
Sturt (22:57):
Okay.
Michael Scalar (22:57):
But I I ended up
learning a lot and it's it's
it's fascinating starting outyoung. It's like having a wine
palate or something because Igot very jaded very young. Where
all the waters taste differentand people are like, I'm like,
don't like this water. Tasteswet. I'm like, no no.
There's huge difference in theway every water tastes. Mhmm.
You know, Dasani, Aquafina, Ican't stand. Uh-huh. And I
(23:18):
thought I was, like, one of theonly people, but I've heard
other people, like, waiting inone line, like, I'm not drinking
that water.
Sturt (23:23):
Yeah. Some of the biggest
waters in the world have got the
highest levels of toxicchemicals in them.
Michael Scalar (23:28):
Yeah. And and
then you have the bigger brands
like Evian, like no bottle ofEvian anywhere you go tastes the
same. You know, it's originallya spring water Fiji. There's a
bunch of knock off ones outthere. So I've opened a few
bottles where I'm like, thisdoesn't taste like Fiji water.
Yeah. But I don't know if itjust sat in the sun in a plastic
bottle, which is another problemwith the the leaching of
plastics in
Sturt (23:44):
the water.
Michael Scalar (23:45):
Sure. Yep. But
over the years, I I become quite
the water snob. And it isstructured water is where it's
at. Yep.
You can really taste whenthere's no minerals and it's
just garbage. Yes. And there'sthe other factor too. A lot of
people, you know, there'scontroversial reverse osmosis
and distilled water. Mhmm.
And they're like, that's thehype thing because they read
some book on it or watched somevideo and it's like, that's
(24:06):
absolutely terrible to have justRO or distilled because now when
that's going in, what it's doingis leaching the minerals out of
your body because it wants tohave minerals. It's designed to
have mineral content in it andthe water will pull the mineral
content. Like we're talkingwater going down the stream
hitting rocks, it's pullingminerals out of those rocks and
carrying it. So when it goesthrough your body and you're
drinking dead water, you'reliterally unmineralizing.
Sturt (24:27):
Yes. So the the minerals
in the water help with
electrical connectivity.
Michael Scalar (24:31):
Absolutely.
Sturt (24:32):
You know, similar to what
you're doing, I believe, with
the EA system. You know, withthe body, it's the same thing
with the water and our ownbiological water.
Michael Scalar (24:38):
Well, when I was
on your show, you asked me a
question about about how I sawwater. And I it took me a
second, but I thought it was abrilliant response in you you
water in your body, it it it theway it's flowing through is
going down a freeway, and theminerals are the cars. So the
freeway is the conduit throughyour body for information and
energy to flow. And the cars onthere traveling to get there
(25:00):
faster are these minerals in thebody. So it's energy jumping
faster on this freeway.
If you don't have the mineralcontent content in in your body
and it's just water, it's gonnaget there but slow. But you want
rapid firing neurons, electrons, protons, all these things
zapping through so that anytimeyou wanna move, you're moving
quickly. And I found that afascinating way to just explain
the mineral content.
Sturt (25:21):
Yeah. Absolutely. And
going back to what you're saying
about problems in the thebottled water industry, you
know, this whole alkaline, youmentioned alkaline water.
Michael Scalar (25:29):
Yeah.
Sturt (25:29):
And, you know, it just it
just really pisses me off how
that has been twisted. You know?I mean, because there's no
benefit to alkaline water unlessit's alkaline from minerals.
Michael Scalar (25:40):
Okay. I love the
fact that you said this too
because we have the Congamachine and all these other
machines going up. And it wasthe hype late early two
thousands. And and it's it'sfunny because I actually
developed a bit of acid refluxbecause we were drinking nothing
but 9.5 Wow. Water.
And I and then we stopped usingit. I I had no acid reflux. I'm
like, oh my god. And then thisis it was right around the time
(26:02):
it became like controversial.Like, actually, you probably
shouldn't be drinking nine pointfive alkalinity.
And I was like, oh, okay. Itmakes sense now. So we stopped
with that. But it was funny too,in the early days of Conga, and
they're like, oh, this alkalinewater is so powerful. It's all
about the alkalinity.
Mhmm. It wasn't the alkalinity. It was it was a a fresh machine
structuring water as you'redrinking it. It was the act of
hydrogen being released by themesh that they were using to get
(26:25):
the alkalinity out of. And Idon't think anyone's actually
alluded to that, but everyone'sgot hydrogen bottles now, which
are great.
Sturt (26:30):
Yes.
Michael Scalar (26:30):
But what you're
doing is passing electrical
current through a mesh Mhmm. Ofmetal, hopefully a a good metal
like silver or platinum and notsome junk metals because you
don't wanna be drinking aluminumor steel. But copper be okay.
But really what you're gettingis live active hydrogen. And so
when you have these machines andyou're watching all these
bubbles float up, it's like, yeah, you wanna pound that
water, get that hydrogen.
(26:51):
But that never equated over theyears. Maybe now they're talking
about it. It was funny going upgrowing up through this water
phase. Mhmm. Because obviouslywe're in the wellness industry.
We have every hype thing thrownat us. We're like, oh yeah.
Alkaline water. It makes sense.
Sturt (27:03):
Why is
Michael Scalar (27:03):
it supposed to
be alkaline? No. You actually
want something slightly aboveneutral. Correct?
Sturt (27:08):
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
Absolutely. It it just it comes
down to the mineral content and,you know, even like sea salt is
an incredible thing just to addto your water.
Michael Scalar (27:18):
Sea salt, not
table salt.
Sturt (27:19):
That's right. Sea salt.
Yeah.
Michael Scalar (27:21):
People people
lump salts together. It's like,
no, you don't Morton's is isstripped down. There's no
minerals. It's just sodium. Youactually want the mineral
content of a actual collectedsalt.
So sea salt. Yes. Something thatthat actually has been near some
dirt.
Sturt (27:35):
Yeah. Absolutely. Quite
literally. It has all the trace
minerals in there for you. Thatcan supercharge your water.
Michael Scalar (27:41):
Yeah.
Sturt (27:42):
Absolutely. It's a great
way to, you know, optimize your
hydration.
Michael Scalar (27:45):
Our bodies are
electrical. We need that
information in our body so thatelectricity travels. We're
electric. We need the minerals. If you don't have the minerals
you're gonna feel low energy.
This is why people at the gymare drinking electrolytes which
is essentially trace minerals atone quality or another. If
you're drinking Gatorade, it'sprobably not very good quality.
Sturt (28:04):
Yeah.
Michael Scalar (28:05):
Sorry to hate on
you Gatorade. Just can't. Yeah.
Well, there's another good topiclike, you have things like these
sports drinks offering so calledhydration and rapid Yes.
Hydration versus what what arethey're actually really not.
You're just adding a bunch ofjunk in your body. Right?
Sturt (28:22):
Yeah. I believe so. You
know, they are just, you know,
have a lot of sugars in them, and it's all puffery. Sugars.
Puffery, you know, is a goodterm for it.
You know? I mean, you know, someof them, you know, don't do any
harm, but, you know, how muchgood they do is, you know
Michael Scalar (28:37):
For an extra $4,
you can get absolutely nothing.
Sturt (28:39):
I actually yeah. That's
right. I think I spent I went to
a a cafe in West Hollywood onthe on the weekend and I bought
a a $9 bottle of water. Knowbecause I
Michael Scalar (28:51):
love those.
Sturt (28:52):
Yeah because it had on it
that it was a cortisol stress
relief water. And I thought I'vegot to going do this. To try
this cortisol stress. It tastedhorrible. It was awful.
And that was from a very largeSwiss company. I was like, that
could do better.
Michael Scalar (29:09):
Was it just
water or
Sturt (29:10):
did taste It was water
where it had active minerals in
it. Know, you just released theminerals and then you shook it
up.
Michael Scalar (29:16):
You
Sturt (29:16):
know, it tasted nasty.
Michael Scalar (29:19):
Yeah, there's
the black water with the trace
minerals. Oh yeah. They're likeoh it tastes like dirt. I'm like
I think it tastes great.
Sturt (29:26):
I love adding things like
Shilajit to my water as well.
Put Shilajit with Mana Vitality, they've got an amazing, have you
heard of that company? They'vegot an amazing Shilajit.
Michael Scalar (29:36):
It sounds
familiar but I can't pick it.
Sturt (29:38):
It tastes incredible you
know, I put that with my
structured water so I deliverthat you know in that way.
Michael Scalar (29:46):
Yeah so What if
people were trying to get
optimal hydration what are somethings they can do outside of
just drinking say your water ora water what can they add to it?
What would you recommend?
Sturt (29:55):
So definitely salt. Know
good salt. And and getting
outside and drinking it. Youknow what I mean? Drinking your
structured water outside in thesun.
We're getting infrared energy.Know?
Michael Scalar (30:10):
Oh, you're
talking about, like, the sun tea
concept where you're gettingenergy. Put your water outside?
Sturt (30:14):
Well just be outside.
Michael Scalar (30:15):
Know? Or just be
outside.
Sturt (30:16):
Get infrared energy, you
know, whilst you're drinking.
And the water respondsbiologically, you know, with
infrared energy. Know, when youyou know, the cells in your the
water in your cells when itcomes it's, hydrophilic, so it's
it's water loving. Okay? Mhmm.
The the water lines up in a verydifferent way than than normal.
(30:37):
It becomes gel like, and it itgets a negative charge. So
there's this, along your cells, there's a section of what they
call easy water which holds anegative charge and it becomes
like a battery. So you've gotthe normal bulk water in your
system at that time which has apositive charge. And it uses
this, negative charge ATP, youknow, to go into cells and
(30:58):
produce energy.
You know, and one of thecontributing factors to that is,
as I said, the mineral content, the light, the exposure to UV
light makes that easy, waterbarrier thicker. So it grows it.
And it doesn't grow a littlebit, it grows it quite
exponentially. So, you know, going outside, hydrating
outside, adding minerals to yourwater, salt to your water,
(31:22):
structuring your water for agood delivery, sleep, making
sure you have enough sleep. Soapparently I was I have this
show that you came on last week,Find Frequency.
Find My Frequency on sparktv.ai.Yes. And I've had the privilege
of being able to sit down withsome incredible people in the
health and wellness, scientists, doctors, entrepreneurs, you
(31:44):
know, just like yourself, andget some amazing advice you know
for people about what to do.And, you know sleep is huge.
Circadian, you know, ourconnection with sun.
Michael Scalar (31:55):
The circadian
rhythm. Yeah. Yeah. Most people
are falling asleep at odd hoursso they're not getting in their
body's not getting enough ofthat that exposure to light
which is essential. It's like inSuperman, if anyone follows the
lore, he gets his powers fromsunlight like all humans really
do.
If we didn't have light, we'd bevery, very malnourished.
Sturt (32:12):
Yes. Absolutely. You
know, sun sunlight is medicine.
Yeah. And you you need to haveat least, you need to have a
solid amount of infrared energy, you know, into your into your
life to be able to hydrate.
You know, your your cells willthank you.
Michael Scalar (32:29):
Alright. Well,
if people are looking for this
water, I know you're talkingabout coming to America. Do you
have a timeline for when you'recoming to America?
Sturt (32:36):
Yeah. We probably in the
next in the next four to six
months.
Michael Scalar (32:38):
Four to six
months. Yeah. Launching. In the
meantime, is it shipping fromDown Under? No.
Oh,
Sturt (32:43):
No. Shipping water on
Michael Scalar (32:44):
water. Yes.
Sturt (32:47):
Yeah. Shipping water on
water. Not really a sustainable
thing to Yeah. Yeah.
Michael Scalar (32:52):
No. I feel you.
Well, it's exciting to bring it
out here. We'll we'll try andget it out to the masses so they
can be hydrated. Yes.
And let's I like to leave theviewers with, more tidbits. Is
there anything you do on a dayto day or week to week that you
think is the most amazing thingfor your wellness right now?
Sturt (33:09):
Oh, well, actually, I
think that, you know, we're
we're musical beings orinstruments. Mhmm. You know?
Humming. Humming?
Yes. So tuning yourself usingyour voice as an instrument for
health.
Michael Scalar (33:23):
Thrumming, Is
that the type?
Sturt (33:24):
I don't know. I haven't
heard thrumming. I've just heard
humming,
Michael Scalar (33:26):
you know?
Sturt (33:27):
So humming and chanting.
So your body loves it when you
talk to it. You know? And you, Imean it's been proven that
actually the way you speak toyour body can have a higher
return on your health thantaking any vitamin or
supplement. You know?
Like our thoughts
Michael Scalar (33:39):
The of
intention.
Sturt (33:41):
Yeah. Our thoughts are
things. And, it's all about
being in tune. We are surroundedby horrible blue light,
artificial light which is reallydoing detriment to ourselves and
our biology. Yeah.
Michael Scalar (33:54):
As we're
inherent in the biolites.
Sturt (33:56):
Yes. So, reducing your
exposure to white light, getting
lots of sunshine, grounding, getting at least seven and a
half hours sleep. Know, definitely, you know, changing
the setting on your screen soyou don't see the blues, so make
them yellow.
Michael Scalar (34:14):
Oh yeah. Did
some episodes here where there's
glasses for different actuallythere's like three that you wear
throughout the day and part ofit is just filtering out certain
lights for the day. It'sfascinating. But I haven't had
anyone so say that's a great oneto leave people with.
Sturt (34:27):
Yeah. Because your body
you know Yeah.
Michael Scalar (34:28):
Create resonance
and vibration within yourself.
Sturt (34:31):
Yeah. It's counteracting
a lot of the bad energy.
Michael Scalar (34:34):
Know? There's an
interesting
Sturt (34:35):
And also to get more
nitrous oxide as well by doing
it.
Michael Scalar (34:39):
Really? It's
becoming. Yes. There's an
interesting new study on thevagus nerve being stimulated by
music. So at a nightclub becausethe vibrations are actually
stimulating that.
So it's like anyone's been goingout to nightclubs and I guess
maybe not consuming a ton ofdrugs and alcohol
Sturt (34:54):
Yes.
Michael Scalar (34:54):
Or just dancing
and enjoying it, they're
actually getting a huge healthbenefit which is fascinating.
Sturt (34:58):
Yeah. Well I I had the
privilege of interviewing
Lincoln Jezza who is quite afamous producer DJ here in The
United States or and globally. And his specialty is actually
tuning music to differentfrequencies. And, you know, he
he does sets that, you know, start the chakra and end up all
at the way at the crown, and,you know, he combines that with
chromotherapy as well forlighting. And, you know, so you
(35:22):
know he
Michael Scalar (35:22):
Next level
wellness DJ.
Sturt (35:23):
Level wellness DJ. Well
you
Michael Scalar (35:25):
have to
introduce me because I I as you
know I used to be in that scene.I've since just focused mainly
on the wellness side of thingsinstead of the party side of
things. But apparently he'shaving his cake and eating it
too there.
Sturt (35:36):
Yeah. Yeah. He's doing
really well. Alright.
Michael Scalar (35:39):
Well, I really
appreciate you coming on and
next time you're in America, hitme up. Maybe we'll do a round
two on things that are wet.Yeah. Sounds good. Alright, sir.
Well, you so much.
Sturt (35:48):
Thank you.
Michael Scalar (35:49):
And
