Hi my loves! While I’m on a short break, I’m replaying one of the most vulnerable episodes I’ve ever recorded and where Emotional Content all started — by sharing my plastic surgery nightmare. Prior to this, it was a story I had never shared publicly before.

When I went to get my first breast augmentation and rhinoplasty, I never could have imagined the nightmare that was about to unfold. I went to great lengths to hide this chapter of my life, carefully planning pre-recorded content and trips to keep it buried... Looking back it's wild!

If you’re considering plastic surgery, I urge you to listen to this episode. Since releasing it, it’s helped so many of you make a more informed decision, and I hope by reposting it, it can reach even more of you.

In this episode you’ll hear:

• What drove me to get surgery in the first place

• Every cosmetic procedure I’ve had

• How much I’ve spent (including all the revisions)

• The critical questions I didn’t ask and the mistakes I made

• The red flags to watch for if you’re considering surgery

So, strap in queen, and let’s revisit this story together! <3
