How we label ourselves keep us connected to our ego. Letting go of labels and defining yourself by who you are not what you do will reconnect you with your authentic self.
In this episode, I discuss the emotional self and its strong connection to the mindful self. When we begin to truly love ourselves, our mindful self is also changed, which, in turn, brings us closer to our spiritual, authentic self.
Finding balance and harmony among our physical, mindful, and emotional selves will lead to finding our spiritual, authentic self. In this podcast, I discuss the levels of our mindful self and how we can begin to control our minds in order to find moments of stillness.
Finding our authentic selves is done by achieving balance in our physical, emotional, and mindful selves. Our physical self needs to be in its optimal state for energy as well as for our inner state of calm.

Which people in your life have been pivotal in your journey? Thanking those who have been catalysts to our growth allows us to deepen our connections to ourselves and others. Take the opportunity to thank those who have been there for you.
Celebrate the progress you have made on your journey, knowing that every day is an opportunity for growth and that you are continually moving forward on your path.
Saying no to people and situations that you do not authentically want to be a part of is an act of honoring yourself.
As we become clear and specific with our intentions, words, and actions, the more we will attract others who share the same ideals, which will, in turn, tune us into our authentic selves.
Being mindful of not only the words we use but also of our intent behind our words, allows us to connect to others as well as our spiritual self.
Our physical space is a reflection of our inner space and creates an energy that connects our physical self to our spiritual self.
